Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Willkommen in unserer Ruheoase direkt im Landwirtschaftsgebiet in den Bündner Bergen. Im wunderbaren Wohnklima des Vollholz-Fichtenhaus mit eigener Wasserquelle kannst du es dir gut gehen lassen. Für uns ist es eine Oase der Ruhe, Kraft und des Glücks. Das im 2024 neu gebaute Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und dennoch nur 12 Min. von der Stadt Chur, 10 Min. von Churwalden und 20 Min. von Lenzerheide. Es ist ein wunderbarer Standort für Ski/Langlauf, Biken, Wandern oder um zu sein und geniessen.

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

*Reduced price due to construction site close by* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Für die perfekt Erholung nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ist somit gesorgt.

Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.
