The official check-in is 3pm, but it is prepared with a system that allows you to enter immediately if you come in advance and use the valley or take a rest in the cafe or garden and check-in is ready before 3pm. We also provide a service to conveniently move guests' luggage with an electric cart when entering and exiting.
