Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chungju-si

The location of the property is very good - there is a walkable neighbourhood with many local and authentic businesses nearby, as well as a major train station with a supermarket and shopping centre only five minutes away. There is a 24 hr 7/11 across the road which was very convenient for late night food! The property was very clean and well maintained, plenty of towels, good AC & a clean and modern kitchen. There is not much noise at night at all, and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind and helped us in choosing transport, and the property is accessible by taxi so very easy to get to and from the airport!

This is the place my mother chose to travel with her friends. You loved spending the night in this house with a beautiful garden. I could feel the sincerity for the guests in everything, from the vegetables grown by hand to the cookies baked by hand. I would like to thank the host once again for the kindness of taking care of the umbrella that I left behind.

The host sent a picture of the location of the accommodation, clearly guided me, and was friendly. As soon as I arrived and entered the accommodation, I exclaimed. I was greeted by a really clean and tidy white interior and a clean mirror that gave me peace of mind. And the bedding was so comfortable that I slept well. Highly recommended It's really, really clean! It's cleaner than most 5-star hotels. Be kind ~! You are thoughtful and considerate. It's a good place to rest. It's quiet. It's comfortable and the air is good. I liked it the most because there was no TV. There are so many books to read that I wonder if the author is not a writer. By field. By genre. By age group. Section. New. It is evenly equipped. Accessibility is good and Even though everything is nearby I hear the birds singing It was a really nice place to feel like you were with nature. As the host said I wish it was 2 nights instead of 1 night It was a place that left me with regret. ^^

I was going to go glamping because I had a couple's trip schedule, but I looked it up on Airbnb and visited this accommodation! In conclusion, it was a complete success! As soon as we checked in, we were immediately amazed by the cozy scent and the clean and pleasant kitchen, living room, and bedroom! In addition, the indoor barbecue area is spacious, and it is set up so that you can eat outdoors, so I was able to heal properly!! The cat family that comes as soon as we light a fire is also a killpo. I'm coming to this accommodation for my next couple's trip! I really enjoyed it!!

I came here for an unexpected family trip. It was an unusually snowy day, and when I told the host about my concerns about the snow, he kindly told me that the snow would be cleared. Fortunately, the snow stopped on the day of check-in, the entrance was well cleared, and it was not difficult to access by car. There were several highways to access from Seoul, so transportation was convenient. Overall, it felt like I was at my grandmother's house in the countryside, and the facilities, such as the bathroom, were well maintained, so there was no inconvenience. Thanks to the snow, the snowy scenery seen through the window in the living room was so cool, and the whole family had a valuable experience of lying in the snow and drawing an angel. With the fireplace on, the whole family sat around and played board games, and I felt like we were away from the city and enjoying a rare peace. All members were satisfied and rested well

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. An amazing apartment. blBalcony was such a plus. lovely to sit and catch rays on a morning. very quiet. on 20th floor so amazing views. it was small but for amount of time I spent in it tbh who cares. host was outstanding and very helpful. no issues at all. would definitely recommend and book again.

So I was looking for a place for theast 3 days in seoul and i wanted to book a home which would give me great views of Seoul. I immediately fell in love with Namsan Balcony, as it provided me a view of Naksan Wall and Namsan tower too. Initially, we found it diffcult to find the place but it was good and clean inside. Unfortunately, the rain played spoil sport and we couldn't njoy the view that I wanted but it has nothing to do with Clement's place. It was super comfortable and cozy, big shout out to the host, very responsive and helpful. The stay at the airbnb was worth it. It's a simple and small abode which will make you feel like you have stepped into a cozy home. Home away from home, is how I would describe it

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

I stayed for 6 weeks and had a comfortable stay! It seems to be soundproof. I stayed quietly. The air conditioner works well and the hot water works well, and the washing machine and microwave are in the room. The wifi is also good. If you have any questions, it was nice that they responded quickly. I felt at home. I recommend it!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!
