The ambiance was serene, the surroundings were beautifully maintained, and every corner reflected thoughtfulness and warmth. The rooms were extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. What stood out the most was the peaceful environment—perfect for unwinding and taking a break from the usual rush. Whether it was the quiet mornings, the cozy evenings, or the scenic views, everything came together to create a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. I’d gladly return again!

property is in strategic location,just overlooking beautiful mountains and coffee estate. property was very clean and good. the complementary netflix account,clean crockery unit, towels,tooth brush and paste are some of the highlights of the property

Great place and the best part is the view that you get every morning and evening. Totally worth it. The place is really good and the staff were super helpful. Few things that can be improved . 1) Mobile number on which we can contact . It was missing and what was provided was not responsive 2) Food was delicious but slightly expensive, 3) Power backup need to be improved 4) Only one mosquito repellent was available

Staying in Wayanad was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience! Aswathi and her mother were incredibly kind, warm, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely outstanding—home-cooked meals that were so delicious, we found ourselves preferring it over any restaurant! Aunty’s cooking was beyond words, and we were spoiled with an array of freshly prepared breakfast, fruits, lunch, snacks, and dinner, every day. The homestay itself was a gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil atmosphere, the location was perfect. It was the ideal retreat, offering both peace and beauty. The place was impeccably clean, and the setting made it even more special. Aswathi and her mom were attentive and quick to address any minor issues we had and arranged transport options to explore Wayanad. This is a piece of heaven, not an airbnb. I loved every single day of my stay here. Laiju and Namitha have been wonderful hosts to me and Elizabeth, the fabulous person who looked after the farm, cooked delicious food for me. I was able to fully rest as well as exploring the beautiful surroundings by walking. The warmth of people in the villages and neighbourhood is unexplainable with words. I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Our stay at Kalikavu has been the highlight of our 3 week trip exploring South India and loved by everyone in our group of 8 people - children and grown ups alike. The lush surroundings of rubber, betel nut and coconut trees and colourful plants with the mountains seen in the distance made it a perfect place to relax and take in nature. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Louis, Riyas and the ladies who prepared delicious meals for us were really helpful and made our stay very special. Particular thanks to Riyas who took us on a walk to the hidden waterfall where we all enjoyed a refreshing swim. We would definitely recommend Kalikavu to anyone wanting to explore Silent Valley and enjoy the beauty the valley has to offer.
