It has a ranch integrated into the house where the dining room and a small living room are located. On the 2nd level is the master bedroom with a separate bathroom and queen bed, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 bunk beds (4 imperial beds). Features an outdoor room on the 2nd level. Each bedroom has A/C and a ceiling fan.

We stayed at Areia Paredon one night and it was very enjoyable. The entire house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. All the rooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. We were located really close to the beach. We loved having the pool to cool off, very relaxing . Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was really nice and understanding, he let us in early and allowed us to stay an hour late. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Very good host, Nery was attentive and quick to respond, the house is located near the beach, the water if it has a bad smell and something that I did not notice and I did not see in the reviews is that you have to bring soap and shampoo, because they do not provide, a couple of improvements to the house and would be the perfect house to spend a couple of days rest.
