Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

The complex is private and very quiet to rest and spend time on the beach, pool or in the center of Telchac. By car, the center is no more than 3 minutes away

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

Honest review: it's fair to say it was a fantastic stay. Amazing sunsets. The hosts were very responsive both before and during the stay. The place is down a long and narrow dirt road but once you get to the home, it's true paradise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out, and there is plenty of room for parking. This home is truly steps from the Gulf and there's ample patio space. I loved the thatched roof area with the table, which had lights for the evening. Wifi was strong. Things to keep in mind (some of which are out of the owner's control): having a rental car is a must, it's down a long road that is a fair walk from main road. Air conditioning is present in every bedroom, but not the main living space/kitchen, which can get warm in hot weather even with the large ceiling fans. There is not much beach in front of the home, and barely any in neighboring properties - it's not an area where you can go for long walks on the beach. Rent this place for a quiet beach vacation!

Wonderful place, if you are looking for privacy and getting away from the hustle and bustle. We appreciate all the attention and recommendations for our family, it was a weekend in paradise. My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

Northon is the most communicative and proactive host I have stayed with. Before even arriving he told me about the home and gave me all sorts of local recommendations depending on what we wanted to do. Location is great - right on the beach and walking distance to local restaurants. We didn’t realize ahead of time the public road next to the house which locals use as it is a public road and beach so it was a little busier on the weekend, but felt like a private get away during the week. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we loved the going right out back with our 3 year old to the beach! We did stay for 6 weeks so did have a couple things like propane run out, etc which is expected when staying for so long and Northon/local property manager resolved anything as quick as possible. The paddle boards provided were a hit and water filtration system made us feel comfortable with the water/ice. We felt 100% safe here and would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

This house was outstanding. Just as described, however being there is even better. You have a private beach and pool. The area is very private and safe right across from a Police station, and they are always patrolling the beach area, always felt safe. The place is very quiet, and perfect for families. There is a very good taco place very close and a Pizza place. The house had everything we needed, and came equipped with an alarm system for peace of mind, however Progreso felt very safe. Merida is only a short drive, lots of things to do there too. I would recommend renting a car, it would make life easier. And lastly, Jose was an outstanding host, made instructions very clear and his response time is very fast, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I would totally go back. 100% recommend.

The apartment, the area and especially the service of Yolanda and Mauricio were more than excellent. I would definitely stay here again. We arrived after a bad experience with another rental and from the first moment they helped us with everything. They were always available, attentive and with the best disposition to make our stay comfortable and worry-free. Thanks for everything. 100% recommended!

Beautiful place, very quiet to rest; everything of excellent taste and quality. All services worked perfectly. I went for an open water competition and being able to rest so peacefully was the best. The beach is very close, you can see it when you enter the street. If you arrive at night, there is street lighting. To get to know the villages, you need transportation, but there is a market 5 minutes away that is really well-stocked, and a go-mart very close to there that sells very tasty hamburgers. It's a great place to visit.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Oscar was always on the lookout, super attentive and friendly, the accommodation is more than excellent, it has everything you need and more to spend an incredible few days, the next time I return I will surely stay with him again.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.
