Holiday rentals with a patio in Christmas

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

Andrea’s listing was perfect for our trip! The amenities were amazing! The only small thing is I wish the bathroom had another towel rack, but besides that everything was truly perfect! I look forward to staying here again!

We hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad. Het appartement was netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was koud, maar in het zonnetje heerlijk. De locatie is ook prettig. De ligging is heel rustig, maar je bent vrij snel in Orlando en Kennedy space centre. Vanaf het balkon hebben we zelfs een lancering gezien! Echt een aanrader!

Anahely was definitely our dream hostess !! Place was exactly like pictures and me and my partner had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future !! Such a private little apartment vibe and the place was a dream ! Anahely was very responsive with any questions we had ! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Juan was very responsive and accommodating for our entire stay. The location was perfect as it was central to the activities, restaurants, and bars we had in our itinerary. I would stay at Juan's home again!

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful condo in an upscale and safe neighborhood. We felt comfortable staying there and in the area. Would 100% recommend booking and hope to be able to stay again in the future. The homeowner was pleasant to work with and responded almost immediately.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Place was great. Very clean. Nice big living room space with nice tv. The closet was huge so a great place to store bags. Really nice to have a little patio space to get some fresh air without having to take the stairs down. The stairs are a little daunting if you come back late after a night out, if you know what I mean. If you're a light sleeper you might not like hearing everyone walk by downstairs.

Absolutely loved the place! It’s at a great location. Was able to get to Sea World, Walmart and other nearby restaurants within single digit lyft rides which is amazing! The unit was beautifully arranged and filled with thoughtful amenities! The lake beside is simply a bonus! Host was super responsive and friendly!

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!
