Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. Again a 30 second walk to the local shops& cafē’s It’s a short 15 min walk to Sumner surf beach, cinema, more cafes and wonderful restaurants. I’m on the direct bus route frm Christchurch International Airport.
