Excellent place, everything as shown in the photos. The house is spacious and comfortable. Mr. Julio took care of us very well, very attentive and helpful. The house has everything you need to spend a pleasant afternoon. Recommended.

Pleasant stay, close to Lima and close to the KIO VEA square, the house is as in the photos, very nice and large!!! And the hosts would always respond to you on time… The only inconvenience we had was the noise around the area, until late in the morning they were partying, and despite the fact that the house was close to the beach, the beach was not very nice, a lot of people and very pigeon; but they are things that escape the hand of the hostess!!!

I consider that with my family and friends we will return. It has been a good time, everything is very tidy and always pending. The perfect place.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely love this place — it truly feels like a home away from home. The space is clean, comfortable, cozy and perfectly located. At this point, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we’re in Peru. Already looking forward to our next visit! The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

This home really felt like a home away from home. It had all the amenities we needed to attend to our little ones. It also has a clean pool where we played and ran around the yard. There is a nearby market where we were able to buy essential items for the day. Cereal, Milk, eggs, bread, jam, deli, veggies, fruits and juice. The master bedroom has an AC, we all crammed there to sleep nice and cool. Lovely home. I would return.

My stay was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean, nice and quiet, as seen in the photos or better. Communication with the host was very cordial and clear, always willing to help and explain everything necessary. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

The area is very quiet, ideal for those who are going to concerts in Costa 21. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

We love staying at Patricia's house. In addition to the amenities of the house, being super cozy, its energy and surroundings have enchanted us. We spent very pleasant days. Cynthia that received us was very kind, giving us all the necessary tips and always responded with agility and kindness. The house is very well located, close to the beach and restaurants. A high point was the flexibility both at check-in and at checkout that allowed us to enjoy our stay in Lima a lot! We'll be back for sure, we really felt at home! The accommodation is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, close to shops and the promenade along the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Despite the fact that we had the misfortune of having two water outages beyond the control of our hosts, our stay went very well.
