Our light-flooded house is in the best location and at the best price in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes by car north of Berlin. You can reach your destination from Berlin central station in just under 90 minutes by public transport. Hiking/cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Game Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golf, paddle, swim in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 5 euros/day and bicycle.

If you are looking for absolute tranquility in nature, right on the zaberous and clean lake, surrounded by birds and other animals, in the neighborhood of the natural park "Unteres Odertal" and only about 2 hours from Berlin, then you are in the right place! Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish 2023 old farmhouse in the nature reserve of the Schorfheide, and is only a 2-minute walk away from the lake, where you can go for a quiet and relaxed bath. The house has a rowing boat, which can be used for a fee (€10/T.). From the large outdoor terrace you can observe cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the farm. The monastery of Chorin and the ecological village of Brodowin can each be reached by car in 15 minutes (bike 30 minutes).

It sits quietly in a second courtyard on charming Fichtestraße, in the heart of Kreuzberg’s vibrant and multicultural Graefekiez. These are commercial spaces that aren't subject to the Act on the Prohibition of Illegal Repurposing of Housing. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is already included in the price. The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.
