Awesome place to stay for a weekend break from Bkk. Such a cosy house, super-relaxing. Only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because we wouldn't want it booked out when we try to come back!

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

The location was great, and the surroundings were calm and beautiful. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything was well taken care of. It was a very good stay. Would definitely recommend. quick suggestion for improvement - the house is showing some signs of wear. Some of the tea / coffee cups have chipped off. Overall, it was worth it.

The team was very helpful and immediately implemented all "deficiencies" without hesitation. For example, the safe did not work. Hui immediately got and provided a new one (although not bolted to the wall). The service was really excellent. The view from the rooftop pool in Tower A is great. Would book there again.

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive and the whole process from booking to check in was very smooth.The house is located in a well-connected location with 7-Eleven just around the corner. The room is neat and comfortable, all the amenities that should be available, such as the Wi-Fi is stable, the hot water is plentiful, and the beds are comfortable, so I can rest well on my travels. Overall, the CP value for this stay is high, the price is reasonable, and the environment is reassuring and comfortable.If there is another chance to come back in the future, I will consider staying again and will also recommend it to friends

A small place with everything you d need for a short stay and a bit more. The host was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and in good condition. All listed amenities were there plus a little extra, such as sunscreen and detergent. It was worth the price. I enjoyed my stay.

Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. We enjoyed our stay in Billy's place. It's in a good location with a scenic view of the sea. It was helpful to have the scooter for transportation. We would stay there again.
