Hotel holiday rentals in Chon Buri

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the pool on the terrace was also great. In addition, the breakfast was very varied and good. I particularly loved the decor of the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The access was good, the rooms were clean, and there was a pool, which was very good.

The hosts were very personable. A touch of home for me as one of the hosts is English. They couldn’t do enough for me, from sourcing a place to get my laundry done (literally I bagged it up and it was surges) to recommending lovely little cafe that dies great breakfast. The room was exactly as listed and what I needed; and would also suit a couple staying. Would stay again if I’m Pattaya.

Perfect stay with a 10min walk to the beautiful beach! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and they also provided room-service if desired. It looks just like the pictures and matches the description. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! + Friendly staff + Daily cleaning in the rooms + Swimming pool + Excellent and hearty breakfast included in the price (We didn’t know in advance and were very pleasantly surprised!) + Great location: North Pattaya has better beaches compared to other parts of the city, and shopping malls and restaurants are also nearby - Our room was close to the dining area, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings Overall, everything was great! A cozy place for an affordable price.

I am pleased and glad to be the first one to write a review here. I recently stayed at Tanaphum's place at The Base Condo, and it was an excellent experience. Situated on a high floor, the condo offers stunning views. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with high-speed internet, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. Access to the condo was very easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by Tanaphum. It's also conveniently located, making it simple to explore the surrounding area. Tanaphum is a fantastic host. He was very responsive and attentive to any questions I had. I have stayed in this building many times and highly recommend staying at Tanaphum's place. It also features a larger balcony than other units, providing even more space to enjoy the beautiful views.

The condo was basically a hotel room. I expected more. The pool was nice and breakfast was included. The host left out a few things. First of all, it's in a natural park and you need to pay to get in. The hotel room key required a 1000 Baht deposit. The mini refrigerator needs replacing. Other than that I enjoyed myself.

Very great location and beautiful surroundings right on the beach. The room could be a little more modern, but had a fantastic bed and good cleaning. The restaurant and pool are a big plus. Thank you for the stay and I will be happy to come again

The room is clean and hygienic, the bed is comfortable to sleep in, and the towels are particularly absorbent.The room is fully equipped, there is also a swimming pool and restaurant, and the service is warm and thoughtful.It was a very good stay.

Hi there. I was here for the 2nd time now and it was, like a year ago, everything was impeccable, only the price was slightly raised. Otherwise very friendly staff, the rooms impeccable, daily cleaning, the fridge filled. Above all, it is a very good location, close to the beach and if you rent a scooter you can easily reach any other beach, great. I can only recommend it. Thank you for everything and see you next year.

The facilities are good.

Directly at the beach, room clean. Checking was a bit complicated, but work out after some phonecalls. People were very friendly. Beach was also cleaned after stormy night, restaurants available. Seafood restaurants near the hotel at seaside are very good.

Very impressed. The host is lovely and friendly. Helpful to respond throughout the room. 1BR next to the pool. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Suitable for a family of three. Parents and children. The water park is great. There is a zone like a beach. It is suitable for young children. There are many slides. Would definitely stay again.
