Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

The place exactly as in the pictures. Everything is very nice, clean and comfortable. Communication with Francisco is always fast and attentive. In addition, I made a request before check-in, a detail that I wanted to have when I arrived and without any issue they fulfilled it, which I appreciate. Great host and great place. I stayed at this property for 61 nights and had a great experience! Monica greeted me warmly upon arrival, gave a thorough tour, and even arranged drinking water delivery with two bottles ready—a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the supermarket (Chedraui), with several taquerias nearby for quick meals. There’s also a laundromat (Lavanderías Mayalav) conveniently located across from the supermarket. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly, ensuring restful nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the six-burner stove was excellent for cooking. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which I appreciated. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, and the secure two-car carport was a big plus. Surrounded by high walls, the house offers great privacy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay—thank you, Monica!

Benoit is an excellent host and very kind. He sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily. He was attentive and answered any questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private one with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept super well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs enjoy it very much. Highly recommended for spending a few days outside the city, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! It is a quiet, cozy and very clean place. It has a good view from the main room and the balcony. It's also pet-friendly :)

Excellent accommodation and personalized attention from Jorge and Elva! You can see in every corner inside and outside the love they have put into taking care of the place, which is transmitted to the warmth and tranquility with which we were the couple of days we stayed (and being pet friendly, it will become one of our favorites!) highly recommended!

The place is just like the photos and the photos of the pool and garden don't do it justice, a quiet space to rest and enjoy. There are shops nearby to buy and it is close to the road to Progreso. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Safe and close to everything in the Altabrisa neighborhood. The host is responsive and helpful.

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

The best place for travelers who like to tour the entire City we go to and have a nice place to rest and end a long day with a dip and a good beer for the heat. The location is very good, close by car to the points of attraction and quite quiet to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and feel with the privacy and comfort you need. Excellent attention from Tania. A pretty nice option in terms of value for money.

Very good option to stay in Mérida, the house has everything you need, from kitchen utensils, to mosquito repellent. It is approximately 15 minutes by car from the main avenues and the center.

We loved the place, super comfortable, the host was very friendly, the arrival was easy with the GPS, the rooms were clean, the towels, the kitchen, upon arrival, the cleaning was very good, the only BAD thing is the POOL WAS DIRTY, but other than that everything else was impeccable, I hope they pay more attention to the cleaning of the pool 🙌🏻

A true gem! Maikee’s house is truly a beautiful, well cared place that welcomes you in and makes you feel right at home. Every detail of the house is fantastic, there’s nature and beauty all over the place. It looks better than the pictures and the property is very well maintained. The team that manages the house is lovely and communication with them and Maikee was smooth. We barely left the place, has so many areas to enjoy; it’s truly a paradise in the middle of the city, amazing location right between center and north, we will definitely be back ❤️

Everything was super good, we had a very nice instance, my two-year-old really enjoyed the pool, it was a family trip to relax and the stay met our expectations, we would definitely come back
