We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Wayanad! The villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The best part? The breathtaking views of the mountain ranges from every side—waking up to such picturesque scenery was truly magical. The meals were another highlight—each dish was delicious, homely, and made with so much care. It felt like dining in a traditional home kitchen! A special shoutout to the host and staff, who were incredibly warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their generosity and hospitality made our trip even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and rejuvenating getaway in Wayanad. **Perfect 10/10!** 🌿🏡

The stay was beautiful. We went during the peak summer so it’s obviously extremely hot, so stayed inside this amazing stay during day time, enjoying the view from the balcony. There was air conditioning but I think the capacity of air conditioner is not sufficient for the space of the room. Had to keep it on for so many hours to feel the room cooling down. No food places to go nearby, the airbnb helper cooks amazing sea food, other than that one can be able to order food from swiggy. Totally worth the price, very remote. Might have a bit of trouble to communicate with the helper/maid because she only knows malayalam, but easily manageable with a bit of effort and google translate.

it was peaceful and safe stay. especially Mr.jose prakash was quite a good host and friendly. He got some good skill in cooking. made us feel like having food from home. suggestion : a wardrobe or storage space should be accommodated in tree house.

I stayed with Katia for 3 months and I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The rooftop cabin oasis was just as described, an oasis and a peaceful place to sit, contemplate life and watch the birds and other wildlife and listen to the sounds of nature 😁 I also enjoyed early morning sunrise yoga on the roof. The rest of the house was very clean and tidy and the kitchen very well equipped. A good location to see different areas in Kannur and always helpful tips and recommendations from Katja. Katja has a huge heart which matches her smile and a warm, friendly, personable and welcoming nature. I really felt at home in Katja's home and would highly recommend either room whether for a short or long stay. I was lucky enough to sample the delicious mangoes from the tree at the front of the house! 😋 Thank you so much Katja for everything 🙏🏽🥰

Property was absolutely clean and we didn't feel to call and check on anything since everything was in place.Many many thanks to Dev who was in touch with us from the beginning to end and guiding us to visit the places and restaurants which are more popular and worth. This was an absolute lovely place to stay. Also the care taker was really helpful and always available. The food was very homely and damn delicious. Can't have any complaints. The property was bang on location. It felt so peaceful. No disturbance at all. I absolutely love this place. Would definitely recommend this place any number of times. If you're a nature lover then this place is perfect! Our stay was everything that we thought it would be - we walked around the jungle and spent a lot of time in the water stream! Some things to know before you visit: 1. Important to carry an insect repellant since it's in the middle of a forest 2. It's a 20 min drive from Peravoor, most resturants are located here. Since the cabin is quite remote, you would need to visit Peravoor for meals. Plan accordingly! 3. MOST IMPORTANT - The water stream is a one of a kind experience, do not miss spending time in it :)

I stayed at this beautiful place for 2 days, and it was an incredibly peaceful experience. Surrounded by nature and far from the city's hustle, it's the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and relax in a calm environment. Kavitha was very responsive and made sure everything was well taken care of. The food served was simple, homely, and delicious – just what you'd want when you're away from the city. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is located outside the city, with the nearest market about 20 km away. But that's also what makes it so serene and special – you're truly disconnected and immersed in nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend some quiet time and recharge in a peaceful setting!
