Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

The cottage is located in a beautiful, quiet setting but is at a good distance from cities such as Venice, Padua and Chioggia. You can relax at the cottage so well combine with a trip to a city nearby. Incidentally, there are also fine restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The house itself is modern, clean and equipped with well-functioning airconditioners everywhere (which is nice if the temperature outside rises to 37 degrees). The garden is incredibly spacious and well maintained. The pool is really beautiful, and a nice size. The fact that the pool is shared with the owner and her children was no problem for us. You really have enough privacy. The communication with Francesca was good; she responds quickly, gave clear instructions for check-in and fun tips for restaurants or things to do or visit in the area. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here!!

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

Very nice place, the house is on a large estate which is enclosed with a gate. Spacious accommodation with on the ground floor a bathroom and a jacuzzi and on the first floor a bathroom with shower. Outside is a swimming pool located in the trees. Ekaterina and her father and girlfriend, were very friendly and helpful people.

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning - that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

We were very pleased. The location is very quiet and there is a beautiful, large lawn. During our stay it was extremely hot and the sufficiently large pool made this bearable. The area is very nice and the owners gave us tips for excursions. Unfortunately, it was so hot that we couldn't do much of it. Only the internet was very unstable. For the parents less of a problem than for the children ....

My family and I spent 6 nights with Marco and Elena. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. The mosquito nets and the air conditioning in the rooms were particularly practical. The location is quiet and about 30 minutes' walk from the center. You can easily get to Venice by bus. We enjoyed it and would come back. Thank you for the gift and the smooth communication👍🏼🤩

We had a great stay at Luca and Jessica's place. It is very clean and well located. You can easily get to the city of Venice by train or bus. The restaurants in the area are very tasty and accommodating. The apartment is well equipped with a clean kitchen. We also thank the hosts for their quick response times and flexibility. Highly recommended! The only disadvantage is that the apartment is located on the main street and is well traveled. Accordingly, it is a bit noisy.

For anyone visiting Venice, I recommend considering staying outside of Venice in Spinea and taking an easy train ride in and out. The place was an easy walk to the train station and we enjoyed the Saturday markets. Barbara was extremely helpful, she gave us so many tips about what to do and where to find what we were looking for. She was also very helpful if we needed anything extra e.g. provided an extra clothes rack. I recommend this place for any family - we were 5 adults and 2 kids, and fit comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Apartment itself has a stunning antique furniture the allows you to truly feel your stay in Venice 😊 Host's were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay. Communication was also excellent – they always responded quickly and were happy to help with anything. I’d highly recommend staying with Denis – it truly felt like a home away from home!

An exceptional stay at Magdalena and Francesco’s stunning, impeccably clean home in Spinea! The hosts were incredibly warm, attentive, and available around the clock, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine hospitality made our visit unforgettable. We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

Claudia’s place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! I stayed there before and after a hiking trip and she kept my bags for the week! She was also very responsive.

A very clean and nice house. You find everything you need in it. Erika responds very promptly to questions. The place is a total of 30 minutes from the venetia train station. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the fact that we didn't receive instructions about recycling.. and we don't think we did the right thing, considering that this is not practiced in our country.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Great place to stay and visit venice!

The room is very cozy, the host is also very warm and friendly, a very happy stay.

Incredible place to stay, super private and peaceful with a bright and open interior and lovely outside seating area, the place was spotless with was nice interior decor touches giving the place that added bit of personality. The walk in closet is a brilliant space to store both clothes and luggage and really added a little something extra the space, as well as the glass staircase which is beautiful (if not a little scary to walk on initially). Well connected location with easy access to train stations and plenty of good restaurants and places to stop for ice cream along the way. The owners were super responsive as well which just made everything so much easier. Brilliant place to stay, cannot recommend enough!

The accommodation is very clean and peaceful, Super quiet neighborhood but clean, many shops. Access by car or bus to Venice in about ten minutes. Very responsive host who really advised us well for the visits. I recommend it.

Stay in Monica's apartment in Treviso was outstanding. Traveling with my elder father. Although we didn’t even expect breakfast to be included, she contacted us in advance about providing us with local food. After checking allergies/preferences (my father won’t eat mammals or sweets and likes to make eggs and veggies every morning), we were greeted with fresh organic tomatoes and fresh picked courgettes and squash with blossoms still on them all grown by the host, local bread, smoked swordfish slices, eggs, beer, talisker whiskey, peaches, apricots and more. Extensive local food recommendations, convenient parking at the apartment, beautiful space with everything we could want right across the street from the old city. And so welcoming and helpful after a very rough travel day before we got here. Immediately felt at home, well fed and well guided by a local. She let us park past check in and sent us on our way with additional food as gifts. Can’t recommend more highly.

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.
