Spectacular sea view. Beautiful beach. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, furnished apartment. Air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, internet, refrigerator, full kitchen, toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee maker, fans, balcony with nice sea view, swimming pool for children, swimming pool for adults. We are in the Milina sector. The condominium is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hosteria el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi.

Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay very much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for rest and enjoyment. The communication with the host was quick and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.
