Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Chios

This was a great space with lots of room and all the things a traveler could need. It’s a very central location (bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to road noise). The host was very kind and made me feel welcomed while on the island.

This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

Çok kibar, yardımsever ve iletişime açık bir ev sahibi.. evin lokasyonu iyi. Park yeri var. Ev fotoğraflardan daha geniş. 6 kişi için oldukça konforluydu. Balkonda oturması çok keyifliydi. Tekrar tercih edeceğimize eminim.

Nicola & Yiorgos waren immer sehr hilfsbereit u gaben mir gute Tipps. Das Haus ist super gelegen um die Ruhe zu geniessen u nur ein Sprung vom Meer entfernt. Der Hafen & die dortigen Restaurants sind in ca. 35 Min zu Fuss oder 7 Min. dem Auto erreichbar. Das Dorf Volissos bietet eine Taverne & einen Lebensmittel Lade. Erstaunliches Angebot für den wenigen Platz! Frisches Gemüse& Früchte habe ich nichts gesehen dafür bietet der Garten von Yiorgios einiges an frischen Früchten. Ich kann den Host u die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Fahrzeug zu haben ist sinnvoll. 💜-lichen Dank für alles. Kathi

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern apartment in the heart of Chios! The space was exceptionally clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the air conditioning kept the whole apartment The location is unbeatable—right in the center of town, with cafes, shops, and the harbor all just a short walk away. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great recommendations for local spots. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Dimitris. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. From offering great local recommendations to making sure I had everything I needed, Dimitris went above and beyond. His hospitality and care made me feel more like a guest in a friend's home than a typical rental apartment. I highly recommend it!

Andreas samimiyeti ve iletişimi ile kendimizi çok rahat hissettirdi. Kendisini çok sevdik, güler yüzü ve ilgisi çok iyiydi. Evin konumu çok güzel, hem şehir merkezine yakın hem de sakin. Hijyen, sıcak su ve wifi konusunda da şanslıydık. Yine gitsek yerimiz orası olurdu. Her şey için teşekkürler tekrar :)

Beautiful apartment and building! Pristine and immaculate, with all the amenities! Wonderful view and balcony with seating to look at the view of the ocean. Proximity to town was fantastic. Owner was extremely quick to respond and communication was very easy. If I could give this listing 10 stars I would! An absolute gem and we will definitely be going back!!

İki odada klima ve tavan pervanesi vardı. Arkadaki balkon inanılmaz esintiliydi. Ben yemek pişirmediğim için mutfak hakkında çok bilgi sahibi değilim ancak ana malzemenin hepsi mevcuttu. Bir daha gelirsem tekrar George'un evini seçerdim. Teşekkür ederim

We had a wonderful stay at this charming village house in Volissos! The location inside the village was perfect, right in the heart of it, with two lovely restaurants and a grocery shop just a short walk away. The house itself was well-equipped, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While there was no Wi-Fi, the mobile coverage with one of the local providers was fairly good, so we never felt disconnected. Our host was always available and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Their warm hospitality made our experience even better. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Inoltre l'appartamento è super fornito per ogni tipo di necessità, non manca veramente nulla...come essere a casa. La zona è molto tranquilla e piacevole, occorre essere auto muniti per accedere alle spiagge. Yannis è stato un host discreto ma non ha fatto mancare nulla, oltre alla gentilezza e cortesia, veramente piacevole. Per correttezza, solo a titolo di informazione utile a chi valuta, va segnalato che il backyard è carino, ma non collegato all'appartamento, occorre uscire in strada e girare intorno alla casa, di fatto non è un problema, ma dalle foto non lo si capisce. Infine, il condizionatore si trova solo nella stanza che funge da cucina + soggiorno e non in camera da letto, essendo comunque molto potente, riesci a rinfrescare anche quest'ultimo locale, se fatto partire con necessario anticipo.

Great place with amazing beach view and access. Quiet. Not lux but for the price it's very nice. Would recommend!

Üç günlük konaklamamızda her şey çok güzeldi, ev çok temiz yenilenmiş ve kullanışlıydı. Sadece konumu merkeze uzak, aracınız varsa sorun yaşamazsınız biz yürüyerek 25-30 dk da merkezden eve vardık. Maria ve Steve çok tatlı insanlardı, çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tavsiyedir

Η Βασιλικη ηταν πολυ φιλικη, επικοινωνιακη απο την πρωτη στιγμη. Το σπιτι ηταν σε ενα ομορφο χωριο, την Καλαμωτη, σε κεντρικο σημειο του νησιου, που εξυπηρετουσε εκδρομες και περιηγησεις. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο, περιειχε οτι ακριβως περιεγραφε και ειχε μεσα αρκετα προιοντα που διευκολυναν την καθημερινοτητα. Επισης ειχε ησυχια. Παροτι, ειχε αρκετη ζεστη εκεινη την περιοδο, λειτουργουσαν δυο ανεμιστηρες. Θα το προτεινα και θα το ξαναεπισκεπτομουν! Επισης, δημιουργείται μια ομορφη ατμοσφαιρα με τους πετρινους τοιχους και τα vintage αντικειμενα.

Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, με υπέροχη αισθητική και παραδοσιακό στυλ. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ λεπτομερής και κατατοπιστική με τις οδηγίες που μας έδωσε και δεν ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε καθόλου. Πλήρως οργανωμένος χώρος και άνετος σε πανέμορφη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του παραδοσιακού οικισμού των Μεστών. Συνολικά η διαμονή μας ήταν απολαυστική!

An amazing and thoughtfully renovated medieval house in a beautiful village. Spread over 2 floors plus an amazing roof terrace with excellent views. Every detail has been considered, the house is large, and very comfortable and clean. Tania, the cohost, was very welcoming and helpful - showing me around the village and always on call if I needed anything. I highly recommend this!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ καλό, ευρύχωρο και άνετο, κοντά στη χώρα. Μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα. Με πολύ εύκολο κοντινό πάρκινγκ, που είναι σημαντικό για Χίο με αυτοκίνητο. Το μπάνιο πολύ μικρό, αλλά απλά μετά το ντουζ θέλει ένα σφουγγάρισμα. Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναπροτιμουσα σε περίπτωση που έρθω στη Χίο ξανά.

The best place to stay in Chios! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was amazing, and the host’s kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you for your great recommendations and care. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης ,κοντά στο λιμάνι κ τα μαγαζιά ,δεν χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο για να φτάσεις στο κέντρο,μεγάλο κ καθαρό διαμέρισμα !

Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα. Ρένα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα παρόλο που αργήσαμε να φτάσουμε. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και έχει όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις φωτογραφίες και έχει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται κανείς σε ένα δωμάτιο για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές. Μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι και το συστήνουμε!
