Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chios

Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

The most perfect apartment right on the water. Totally exceeded all expectations. Spacious, well located, and equipped with anything you might need.

First of all, the house was quite clean, the bathroom and toilet smelled of bleach, and it was hygienic. The house was quite cute and authentic. There was even a patio in the back that could sit outside. Sweet cats are always coming to the neighborhood and you spend time with the kittens. The house had everything you might need. Air conditioning, TV, iron, washing machine, stove, etc. Everything was there. And the host even gave us local sweet gifts. The local advice from the host was very good. We were so happy with the restaurant that we ate there 2 nights of the 3 day vacation. The village is authentic and quite place. Very close to the beaches in the south of the island. There is no parking problem. It was a nice experience. Thank you so much. I'd love to stay again

Wow, the house is in a wonderful location and very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden invites you to linger. Communication worked very well and we were able to find the house quickly. In the village there are three restaurants serving typical Greek dishes. A car is necessary to get to the wonderful beaches on the west coast in 20 minutes.

The house was close to the sea, the hosts were friendly, the area was safe. The cleanliness of the house was very good, everything was sparkling clean. I like to be their guests again.

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

Ploumi’s place was fantastic, definetly better than the photos! It was super clean and she was very kind. The house has a nice view, and there are lovely beaches that we walked to (15 or 30 mins).

My wife, daughter and I stayed. A family stay where you can stay comfortably. Varvara is very sweet. The house is very clean, central, there is a migros-like market just 100 meters away, there is a free parking area right near the house, which is a very advantageous, ask about it. She answered all the questions we asked right away, she was interested. We'd prefer it again when we go back

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely home in one of the best spots in Chios. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was smooth, and we felt truly well taken care of. Thanks again for the warm hospitality!

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

Mersin helped us a lot from the first moment we went there. It didn't even take us 10 minutes to reach him when we needed him. The house and location were also very nice. A nice option for those coming to Chios.

Modern apartment very close to the port and everything you may need. Some hiccups with the wifi, but that will hopefully be fixed soon. We'd gladly stay here again next time we're in Chios.

This year was the second year that I stayed at this particular location hosted by Tugce. She is fantastic. She responds promptly to questions and requests.

We were absolutely happy with everyone and everything. We highly recommend this place. Very attentive and always was responsive. The apartment was spacious and clean.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Very beautiful (recently renovated) space. It suited us that it has public parking nearby where we always found a place to park as well as the fact that with a little walking we were in the center of Chora. The kitchen fully equipped Sheets and towels are very clean! If you're lucky, you might get the citrus fruits of the fragrant garden in bloom 🌼

The apartment has two rooms, we stayed with 4 people very comfortably, we sat on the balcony in the evening and spent time. It was a house that reflected the spirit of the island. They helped with check-in and checkout times. You can stay with peace of mind.
