Located in the most iconic location of the island of Chios, Stefano's apartment is a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the capital town of Chios but nevertheless very quiet. Easy to find parking and thanks to its central position is a great base to reach all the corners of this amazing island. Stefano was always very responsive and provide us clear instructions to check-in, check-out and in general about the island. We really enjoyed our stay and if again in Chios we will surely try to book this apartment.

The place and place are amazing, close to many locations. But the people who will stay here should definitely come by renting a car or motorcycle, a destination very close to the most beautiful bays of the gum in the south. Dimitris gave us a lot of treats when you came home. The local flavors unique to watermelon and Chios were all wonderful. The house was wonderful and calm. You'll once again understand how similar the Greeks are with the Turks from their conversations and attitudes. Our culture is almost the same, although your English is bad, you can somehow get along and communicate.

We had a wonderful stay there. The location of the house is right in the heart of the ancient Medieval village of Mesta. Tania and her son Vassili were very welcoming, always prompt in their responses and eager to assist. It felt like visiting a family member. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

Marianna has created a beautiful getaway in the most beautiful village of Chios. All the interior was made with love for detail. There was nothing additional we would wish for. She is a great host very proactive and super kind. We want to thank her a lot for the time we spent in her.place.

Wow, the house is in a wonderful location and very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden invites you to linger. Communication worked very well and we were able to find the house quickly. In the village there are three restaurants serving typical Greek dishes. A car is necessary to get to the wonderful beaches on the west coast in 20 minutes.

Ms. Tuğçe was very caring and hospitable, and we were very happy that she offered early check-in because we had a small baby. Providing a park bed is a great advantage for families with babies. I recommend him and his house to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with my family. The house is a traditional Greek home but was very clean. The location is perfect for those seeking the true island experience with calm and peace. The sea is very close, the town itself is small but lovely and you can find everything. Hospitality was great, they were helpful with every need. Had amazing homecooked meals at the restaurant as well.

It was a great experience. Very clean, other than the stained bedsheets. The kitchen was amazingly clean, and it had lots and lots of dishes and ice. Overall, this place is a 5/5!

We didn't like Marmoro that much compared to other places, calomoti, mesta, prgi, bellhop, we were more interested in these places, but everyone's style is different. The hotel was a very nice warm place. We didn't communicate much with the hotel owners, but it's in a very nice location and location. Very nice place for the money. Would recommend to anyone

I was looking for a place for the weekend with my family. It was the perfect place for all of us, comfortable, cozy and homelike. Caglar was attentive from the beginning of the reservation, gave clear instructions, facilitated everything we had needed. The neighbors were really friendly. The beach close to the house eas was really clean, suitable for children. Hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

We were satisfied with Ms. Nazan and Mr. Arda in terms of communication and information, it was good in general. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the beach, 5 minutes by car. No parking problems.

Modern apartment very close to the port and everything you may need. Some hiccups with the wifi, but that will hopefully be fixed soon. We'd gladly stay here again next time we're in Chios.

The apartment and all amenities correspond to the announcement to the finest detail. The apartment is brand new and spotless. The only challenge is to find a parking spot in case you drive a car, but that is very common for the whole area of city centre. The location is very close to downtown and grocery stores. A nice and unusual place to stay, neighbors are very friendly. In April it is still cool in the house in the evening, but it was very well heated. On site we were warmly welcomed by George.

This year was the second year that I stayed at this particular location hosted by Tugce. She is fantastic. She responds promptly to questions and requests.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. The apartment exceeded all our expectations! Very bright, spacious and modernly furnished, with attention to detail. Everything was as in the photos - or rather, even better up close. The cleanliness was impeccable, which we appreciated very much, and the bed linen and towels smelled fresh. The location is really convenient: in a quiet area but within walking distance of the center, while we easily found parking. The host was kind, direct in his answers and made us feel at home. We highly recommend it to those who want a comfortable, relaxing stay with all the comforts. We will definitely be back in the future!

Darling place close to restaurants. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is tiny but I didn’t want to cook anyway, especially with all the great restaurants nearby!

Our host greeted us with a smile. The house was very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. All our needs were considered. The house is located in a garden with olive trees. It was very enjoyable to listen to the sounds of birds. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed that balcony. In addition, the host's gift basket prepared specifically for Chios was a very thoughtful detail.❤️ The four of us had a very pleasant stay. Since we went with our own vehicle, we had no difficulty in reaching the center and other touristic areas. There was a safe parking space for the vehicle in the garden of the house. We also had no problems with hot water. We did not encounter any items that were not used at home. If it was our 👏🏻 own house, we wouldn't be praising it so much. 😅

Fantastically located above the bay of Karfas, surrounded by nature, nestled in beautiful meadows. The house itself furnished with a sense of detail in traditional Greek style. Children's toys for the beach (easily accessible on foot) are also available. If you want to get away from it all, if you are looking for the original, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful time!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.
