The location was marvelous and very safe. The owner was always around to help. There is a path direct to the beach with a very short 3 minutes walk. The beach is mostly little stones but this makes the sea very clear unlike some other sand beaches in the island especially in wavy days. Thanks Stavros, a 73 year old helping warrior from Star Wars...

Marmoro'yu diğer yerlere göre o kadar beğenmedik, kalomoti, mesta, prgi, komi buralar daha çok ilgimizi çekti bizim ama herkesin tarzı farklıdır. Otel çok güzel sıcak bir yerdi. Otel sahipleri ile çok fazla iletişim kuramadık ama konumu ve yeri açısından çok güzel bir yerde. Parasına göre çok güzel bir yer. Herkese tavsiye ederim

I was looking for a place for the weekend with my family. It was the perfect place for all of us, comfortable, cozy and homelike. Caglar was attentive from the beginning of the reservation, gave clear instructions, facilitated everything we had needed. The neighbors were really friendly. The beach close to the house eas was really clean, suitable for children. Hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist

Η τοποθεσία μαγική. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος υπέροχος. Μείναμε στο Mansion 2. Προσεγμένη και καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση. Ο άνετος χώρος μας ικανοποίησε με το παραπάνω και η τεράστια βεράντα του (αποκλειστικής χρήσης) μας πρόσφερε όμορφες στιγμές τα πρωινά και τα βράδια. Λευκά ειδη (σεντόνια και πετσέτες) πεντακάθαρα και μοσχοβολιστά. Κρεββάτια πολύ άνετα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πραγματικά ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί . Τους ευχαριστούμε θερμά για όλα και κυρίως γιατί μας εδωσαν την ευκαιρία να πάρουμε μια "γεύση" από την ιστορία του όμορφου οικήματός τους. *********** Το μόνο που θα θέλαμε να επισημάνουμε ειναι το γεγονός οτι παρόλο που στο κόστος διαμονής συμπεριμβανόταν καθαριότητα , υπ'ευθύνη της airbnb , αυτή ήταν υποτυπώδης και επιπλέον στις 7 ημέρες που μείναμε δεν καθαρίστηκε εστω μια φορά κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ο χώρος μας. ************ Όμως περάσαμε υπέροχα και ευχόμαστε να μας δοθει η ευκαιρία να επισκεφθούμε και πάλι το νησί και το Mansion 2.

We have been staying in Airbnbs around the world for a long time. Pantelis's place is at the very top of our list. The apartment itself is really nice, well laid out and stocked, and on their beautiful family estate. The views are stunning, and the pool was a wonderful added bonus. The neighborhood is incredibly lovely (easy to get lost in because of all the narrow roads) and we loved driving around to see all of the historic buildings. The beach at Karfas is close by, as are a few grocery stores. Pantelis kindly allowed us to check in several hours early, and helped us set up the wifi when we couldn't figure it out. He responded immediately to our queries and provided a lot of helpful information about the neighborhood. We would stay there again in a minute.

Maria muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Airbnb evinde değil, bizi çok seven bir akrabamızın evine gelmiş gibi karşılandık. Eve erken giriş ve geç çıkış ricalarımızı hiç kırmadı. İlk sabah bizim için kahvaltı ve pek çok lezzetli ikram hazırlamıştı. Evin konumu şehir merkezine çok yakın. Sakız tekrar gelirsek kesin Maria'da kalırız. σε αγαπάμε Μαρία ❤️

Despoina gerçekten düşünceli birisi. İhtiyacınız olan her şey bu evde mevcut. Esnek giriş çıkış saatleri bizim için hayat kurtarıcı oldu yine geldiğimizde kesinlikle kalmayı düşündüğümüz bir yer.

If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

Üç günlük konaklamamızda her şey çok güzeldi, ev çok temiz yenilenmiş ve kullanışlıydı. Sadece konumu merkeze uzak, aracınız varsa sorun yaşamazsınız biz yürüyerek 25-30 dk da merkezden eve vardık. Maria ve Steve çok tatlı insanlardı, çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tavsiyedir

Biz evi çok temiz modern ve altyapısı tamamen yeterli bulduk. Bulunduğu köy huzur dolu sessiz ve geleneksel özelliklerini koruyan bir ada köyüydü ve sahilinde gem denize girdik hem de güzel yemekler yedik. Nostaljikti. Adada gezilecek tüm yerlere nerdeyse eşit mesafede bir konumdaydı. Ancak mutlaka ev sahibimizin her an ve her şekilde bize samimiyetle yardımcı olması ise paha biçilemezdi. Çok istediğimiz restoran için bize rezervasyon için bile yardımcı oldu. Yine adata has ürünler evde bizim için süpriz olarak bırakılmıştı ve ilk günkü içme suyumuz bile dolapta hazırdı. Eve gayet kolay bir giriş deneyimi yaşadık.Her türlü konuda sıcak bir iletişim içindeydi. Bir yakınımızın evinde gibiydik. Chios’daki evimiz belli artık. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ve mutlu ayrıldık.çok teşekkürler .❤️

Harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Konum mükemmeldi, şehrin tam merkezinde olması sayesinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Ev gerçekten çok temizdi ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey düşünülmüştü. Özellikle ev sahibimize ayrı bir teşekkür borçluyuz inanılmaz yardımsever ve anlayışlıydı, eşyalarımızla ilgili konularda da çok destek oldu. Kendimizi güvende ve evimizde gibi hissettik. Hiç düşünmeden tekrar tercih ederim. Konum çok iyiydi, şehrin merkezinde konaklamak isteyenler için feribotlara ve porttaki güzel restoranla çok yakın, yerel restoranlar da aynı şekilde.

Is is a greate accommodation at a beautifull and peacefull place! Our host Vaso was always available and helped immediately. We would love to come again!

Hi! Our experience in the stone house in Vrondados was beautiful. We loved the neighborhood and how peaceful it was. We were not far from the main road to travel to My Market or different restaurants. Kalliope was excellent communicating with any questions we had. We sat outside to have coffee and just relax. Parking was excellent, and neighbors were friendly. The best was meeting Kalliope's father. He brought us a melon that it was so sweet!! He also brought us little fishes from the island. He shared the story of the stone house. Wonderful story.! We definitely loved our stay and look forward coming back in the future. Thank you Kalliope. God Bless John, Kalliope & Nutela Boubaris

One of the best vacation we had. We were 5 people (two families). The description of the apartment was accurate. George was very cooperative and helpful, and responded to all our messages in a short time. Check-out was very flexible (in view of the availability). The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a barh and one with a shower). There are 2 floors, each has a big balcony, right against the sea view. Location is the best and the beach is mostly welcoming, as well as the side restaurants-bars. One should note there are some 10 stairs from the street to the front door, and 30 more to the first floor of the apartment, but it worth every one of them. Parking may be a problem, but usually, by evening time, we have found a place. There are a few near supermarkets and other stores, and the place is a good spot to stardaily tours around the island. We will certainly come back.

The host was super friendly and helpful, and the house was clean and just a short walk from the sea. Overall, it was definitely worth the price.

Dimitri was a fantastic host. The house is way better than pictures showed. Very happy to enjoy our time in Chios in their home.

Evdeki eşyalar son derece yeterli ve yeniydi. Paul, gün içinde de bize çok yardımcı oldu ve son derece güler yüzle davrandı. Çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Great place with amazing beach view and access. Quiet. Not lux but for the price it's very nice. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, με υπέροχη αισθητική και παραδοσιακό στυλ. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ λεπτομερής και κατατοπιστική με τις οδηγίες που μας έδωσε και δεν ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε καθόλου. Πλήρως οργανωμένος χώρος και άνετος σε πανέμορφη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του παραδοσιακού οικισμού των Μεστών. Συνολικά η διαμονή μας ήταν απολαυστική!
