dimitri ha sido muy amable necesitábamos una tercera cama y la encontramos preparada. no faltaba de nada. había pensado en todos los detalles. Un lugar que si has perdido la maleta podrías sobrevivir una semana. es muy generoso tener tantos detalles y lo agradecemos mucho.

Ploumi ve eşi dost canlısıydı. Eve geldiğimizde buzdolabına kahvaltılık ve içecek bırakmışlar ve ayrılırken de hediye verdiler. Çok güzel jest oldu bizim için. Aynı dili konuşamazsakta aynı duyguları paylaştık. İngilizce anlaştık, zaman zaman google translate anlaşmamız yardımcı oldu. Bizim için güzel bir deneyim oldu ve kendimizi memleketimizde gibi hissettik. Sakız Adasına gitmek isteyenlere bu yeri, aileyi tavsiye ederim. Umarım yakın zamanda yine görüşmek üzere. Ev harikaydı! Temiz, düzenli ve tam da fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konumu oldukça merkezi ve her yere ulaşım çok rahattı. Ev sahibi ise çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, her soruma hızlıca cevap verdi ve konaklamam boyunca çok destek oldu. Kendimi gerçekten evimde gibi hissettim. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer. The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς περιγράφονταν και ακόμα καλύτερα. Ο κος Γιώργος ήταν εξαιρετικός χωρίς να γίνεται κουραστικός. Πολλές μικρές λεπτομέρειας έκαναν την διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη όπως η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του χώρου και η συνεχής προμήθεια με καφέ τσάι και λοιπά. Ακόμα και φρούτα μας άφηνε στο δωμάτιο κάθε τόσο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα μιας και γίνεται μια προσπάθεια να νιώσεις άνετα και ευχάριστα που πλέον σπανίζει.

Εκπληκτικό το δωμάτιο, εύκολο να το βρεις, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ο δε Κωνσταντίνος άψογος, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, πολύ φιλόξενος, άριστος άνθρωπος, οικείος και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κωνσταντίνε!!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Maria and Niko were fantastic hosts, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with local tips. I especially appreciated their hospitality and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Chios!

My family stayed at the home of Issidoros and his sister Rodope. Everything went well during their vacation. They mentioned that the house was very clean and they were very pleased with everything. We thank Rodope and Issidoros for their helpfulness and hospitality.

Super netjes appartement, alles nieuw en schoon! Bij ontvangst kwam de eigenaar even kennis maken, hele aardige mensen, goed contact met de host en flexibel toen we vroegen of we er iets later uit mochten bij vertrek. Goede ervaring, rustige buurt en dicht bij de stad, helemaal top!

Biz evi çok temiz modern ve altyapısı tamamen yeterli bulduk. Bulunduğu köy huzur dolu sessiz ve geleneksel özelliklerini koruyan bir ada köyüydü ve sahilinde gem denize girdik hem de güzel yemekler yedik. Nostaljikti. Adada gezilecek tüm yerlere nerdeyse eşit mesafede bir konumdaydı. Ancak mutlaka ev sahibimizin her an ve her şekilde bize samimiyetle yardımcı olması ise paha biçilemezdi. Çok istediğimiz restoran için bize rezervasyon için bile yardımcı oldu. Yine adata has ürünler evde bizim için süpriz olarak bırakılmıştı ve ilk günkü içme suyumuz bile dolapta hazırdı. Eve gayet kolay bir giriş deneyimi yaşadık.Her türlü konuda sıcak bir iletişim içindeydi. Bir yakınımızın evinde gibiydik. Chios’daki evimiz belli artık. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ve mutlu ayrıldık.çok teşekkürler .❤️

Sakız adasına geldiğimde bundan sonraki adresimiz dimitra'nın evi olacak. Ev çok merhaba zimbşr konumda ve çok güzle bir manzara ve konfora sahip. Eşyalar reteo tarzda ve Bi o kadar kullanışlı. Dimitra çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Eve grişimizden çıkana kadar her türlü sorularımızı yanıtınız bırakmadı ve çok ilgilendi. Çıkış günü eve bizden sonra misafir gelmeyeceği için çıkış saatini bize bıraktı. Burdan dimitra'ya tekrar çok teşekkür etmek isterim.

Great house with perfect condition. You can almost find anything you need while you staying. Silent and safety enviorement near the house. There are also few facilities existing but be careful to stay in peak season :) We stayed as two family and openly say everything is good about our accomidation.

Wow, das Haus ist an einer wunderbaren Lage und sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, zudem lädt der Garten zum verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert und wir konnten das Haus schnell finden. Im Dorf gibt es drei Restaurants welche die typisch griechischen Gerichte servieren. Ein Auto ist notwendig um in 20min an die wunderbaren Strände an der Westküste zu gelangen.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Ev şehrin merkezinde temiz ve çok konforluydu. Ev sahibimiz aileye çok teşekkür ederiz her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Dairenin iki odası var 4 kişi çok rahat konakladık akşam balkonda oturup vakit de geçirdik. Adanın ruhunu yansıtan bir evdi. Giriş çıkış saatlerinde yardımcı oldular. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.

our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. I’m highly recommend this place!

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.

Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα. Ρένα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα παρόλο που αργήσαμε να φτάσουμε. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και έχει όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις φωτογραφίες και έχει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται κανείς σε ένα δωμάτιο για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές. Μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι και το συστήνουμε!
