Riverside house

Riverside house is a large wooden hunting lodge which was built in 1908, it was fully refurbished in 2015. The property around the house is 2 hectares large, it includes meadows, woods, a stream and 200 meters of river banks (river "the Semois"). It is at the limit of the forest which starts just across the river, as such, we have had so far an incredible variety of wild life observation from the terrasses of our houses, including wild boars (sangliers), raccoons, foxes and beavers.

Nestled in the heart of a forest, our 5-star cabin awaits you on the other side of a bridge that is over 20 meters long. No neighbors here. A mirror-effect bay window offers you a breathtaking view of a calm and relaxing landscape, without fear of being observed. At night, once snuggled in your cozy bed, you'll have your choice of watching the animals or watching a movie on our overhead projector... and with our starry sky, it's like sleeping under the stars. ✨

Alone or two, come and recharge your batteries in Gaume and discover the treasures of our beautiful region. A few kilometers from Chassepierre and Bouillon, in the Semois valley, you will be housed on the heights of Fontenoille in a green setting isolated from sight and far from dwellings.

Op ons domein van 1 HA vind je oa het volgende: tennisveld, jacuzzi, sauna, gas BBQ, petanquebaan, terras 200m2, vuurschalen, hangmat, pingpongtafel, badminton, biljart, open haard, lounge bar met bibliotheek, 6 kamers met telkens afzonderlijke badkamer, uitstekende wifi. Small cozy cottage with the host, nestled in the peaceful village of Menugoutte, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. It offers a modest but warm space, an ideal refuge for a simple getaway, close to the countryside and surrounding forest. Located a few steps from Herbeumont, Chiny and Neufchâteau, a perfect base for exploring the area. It is particularly suitable for hikers in pairs or solo. Sheets not included.

Located in IZEL, GAUME SWEET HOME offers this charming 35 m² studio renovated in 2023. IZEL is located 5 minutes from the lively small town of Florenville, with all the necessary services and shops even open on Sundays. Izel is also located 5 km from Chiny. For breakfast you can find a bakery 50 meters away. An Asian caterer is 20 meters from our cottage.
