Fantastic holiday accommodation in a fantastic location. Both we and our 4-legged companion felt extremely comfortable from the first moment. A warm welcome and as the icing on the cake, a delicious soup greeted us. Wonderful hiking trails right from the front door, a great terrace for relaxing, a beautiful fireplace for warming up. The garden is dog-proof fenced and was gladly and much used as the selection of terrace furniture is more than sufficient. The beds were comfortable and the communication with Patrick was excellent. The area, with its numerous nature reserves and hiking trails, has enchanted us. Overall, one of the most beautiful vacations. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great and very relaxing weekend at Xavier's place. I loved how cozy he designed the flat and the whole hot tub-saunaarea was super lovely :)

We stayed in this beautiful converted dovecote for three nights and fell in love from the first second. The decor is so tasteful, everything was super clean and the two hosts extremely friendly. We lacked nothing. The kitchen equipment is perfect. There was even an electric grill, so we could grill nicely in the evening. The pool provides a wonderful refreshment. However, we could not see from the advertisement in advance that Martial and his wife live on the property. We thought we were private. But the two are extremely unobtrusive, discreet and extremely hospitable. We felt incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, there is not much going on in Sedan itself. But definitely great for hikers and cyclists.

Céline's accommodation matches the description, very clean, well-equipped and well-located for exploring the region. We had a lovely stay. Note that with 6 people, sleeping on the sofa bed makes the experience less pleasant, especially due to the lack of blackout blinds in the living room. The accommodation is however perfect for four people.

With 4 couples had an excellent stay. 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathroom and 2 with a shared bathroom. Upstairs and downstairs toilet. Clean sheets and towels, soap, shower gel, washing machine and dryer, everything is available, including kitchen towels, Dreft, salt, pepper, spices. Equipped with all the conveniences and comforts. We ate BBQ for 2 days, the appliance was brand new and solid. Hikers can indulge in the area. For sightseeing, it is a bit further to drive, but our day trip to Reims was good to do. Bouillon is also not far away. Make sure you have enough food and drink, as there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. The reception was excellent and friendly. A top destination for this price!

Thank you for this pleasant place! Well located on the Belgian-Luxembourg border, it allows you to rest while visiting the historical and natural beauties of the region. Our hosts welcomed us. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment is wonderful. It is very close to the train station, and the city center is also within walking distance. There is a balcony with a dining table, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is chic, and the shower is comfortable.

Together with a friend for an ultra running race in Bouillon. This house is spacious (much more spacious than you see in the photos), very clean, well equipped and in a quiet area. Perfect as a base to discover the surroundings. Jean Marc is friendly and communicates correctly and quickly. It was possible for us to check in earlier and leave later. All in all, the perfect location and conditions to run a perfect race. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

A gem of an apartment - neat and well-equipped inside, but the highlight is the outside garden/patio area and the amazing jacuzzi ! And just as important is the host - really friendly and helpful - thanks !

We really had a fantastic stay. Sabine is very friendly and attentive. We felt right at home. There are beautiful walks nearby and the town of Bouillon is close by. We have completely relaxed here and would immediately book again.

Serge is a kind, helpful and genial host. The apartment was just as described, with a lovely quiet garden for relaxing. About 15 minutes walk to centre of Dinant and there is an electric scooter pick up at the apartment. If we return to Dinant, we would have no hesitation going back to this apartment.

Perfect base for hiking in the Ardennes. Baker, butcher and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. Please note that you have to go up 2 floors via a metal outside staircase. There is also no air conditioning, which can sometimes get hot in the summer if the apartment is right under the roof. We loved our stay!
