Casa De Kamla is a sunny farmhouse in Chinchón, a historical village 30mins south of Madrid city. It's a charming 5-bedroom eco-friendly vintage stone house. We have lots of flowers, trees, and all essential modern amenities. There's a spacious farm next to the house and a little canal with water softly flowing through it throughout the year; an outdoor space with BBQ; a children's play area with a treehouse and a swimming pool; a chicken garden & a friendly dog that lives on the farm.

It is located on the first floor of a detached house, very bright, and on one of the town's main streets. All rooms face outwards with windows and balconies to the street. It has two double bedrooms (three beds) and two full bathrooms. Kitchen, dining room and an original rustic living room attached to the terrace with barbecue and shower.

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
