What a wonderful hostal. Family was kind and welcoming. Room was cozy. Location is superb. Dependable internet.

Very well located, friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

We loved this hostel. The maps and images on the walls and the knowledge of the staff. Very comfortable rooms and close to centre. Beds were smaller than imagined but good hot water and pressure in the showers. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect, very nicely furnished great breakfast and very dear hosts. Spent a few relaxing days here to prepare for the Hikes in the Torres del Paine. Would definitely book the place again!

Perfect place, good breakfast and staff was lovely The only downside is that it's located at 255, and it can create confusion to get there. Otherwise, a 10.

Excellent hostel!! We really have a pleasant surprise, not only for the facilities, but for the service of the staff, super friendly and very willing. The breakfast is very nice and complete, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

The accommodation met our expectations for a night in Punta Arenas, the location is great, close to everything, market, sights, restaurants. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, Maria was wonderful, helpful, helped us in everything we needed, extremely friendly and polite, always attended to us promptly and made us very quiet. I will have to return to Punta Arenas to get to know the region better and I will definitely stay here again!!!

Very well located, good rooms, nice garden, well-equipped and spacious kitchen, nice hostel. Very good vibes in general, good vibes in the place, and respectful people, especially about order and schedules.

I spent three nights here with my boyfriend. We liked everything! The simple and sufficient breakfast, there is always filtered water and hot water available for drinking. Bety also offered us the laundry service, at a very fair cost! :) The room is clean and very comfortable, there is wifi and Netflix. The bathroom is quite clean, but sadly sometimes, there is a bad smell in the sink drain. The good thing was that there was hot water, and the shower has very good pressure. Bety is very friendly and attentive, and is always available to help. I recommend them! Thank you for everything!

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great! They offered a tour (which was really good, privat and to the same price as taking a bus). The room was clean, bed wa super nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was super friendly and very helpful!! I would def. recommend this place and it’s right across the street from the bus station which is a plus. Thanks for having us:-)

A 2 pas du terminal de gare donc très pratique pour ça mais à 15min à pied du centre-ville et autres points de el Calafate. Il organise des visites moins cher que les autres compagnie de bus donc si vous venez que pour le Perito Moreno c’est nickel.

The hostel is nice, there are good common spaces, very quiet and it is close to Plaza Pagano. I would return without thinking.

Great host, excellent place to stay in Dalcahue and above all, Rodrigo is friendly, approachable and helps you with everything you need, concerned with every detail of your stay. I always felt right at home, comfortable and treated like a king. Obviously I will return, and I recommend to everyone if you go to Chiloé, to stay at Casa Moreno.

Excellent place to stay at least during low season, very quiet, clean, comfortable, warm. Mario is very kind and always attentive to the traveler. I am very happy with the stay.

Alojamiento muy lindo, rustico y en contacto con la naturaleza. Es cómodo para ir en auto. En la zona no hay transporte público, pero igualmente la gente allí suele moverse "a dedo" hasta el centro del Bolsón ida y vuelta sin problema. La experiencia fue muy linda, inicialmente nos íbamos a quedar por una sola noche y terminamos quedándonos 5 días. Luciano fue muy atento y colaborativo con cada cosa que necesité, y noté el mismo comportamiento para con las demás personas que allí se estaban alojando. El alojamiento tiene una cocina-espacio común muy agradable en la que puedes compartir con otros huéspedes y a la noche quienes hayan llevado su guitarra u otro instrumento pueden compartir música. En la zona hay varias atracciones naturales cerca (playas, senderos, miradores) y de fácil acceso.
