Jessica's place is located right next door to an OXXO convenience store that has all your basic supplies. Furthermore, it's location is ideal - within 10 minutes walking distance to Kennedy Park and all your major shops/restaurants in Miraflores. The place itself was clean, comes with a washing/drying unit for laundry and the bed was quite comfy. Building is modern with 24 hour security and the smart access fob made coming and going super efficient.

Gustavo is an excellent host, he gave us quite clear and accurate information, he was aware of our needs and his treatment is very friendly, his apartment has everything you need and the comforts to spend a quiet stay, the place is well distributed, organized and impeccable, it has a beautiful view towards the beach and you can rest listening to the sea, we had a great time and we love it. Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view of the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily pace. In addition, the host was super friendly and attentive at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

Very nice place especially for the price

The apartment is everything it promises, exactly like the photos. We even used the grill, 24-hour security staff and very friendly. I was there for a month and I recommend it. There are always things that could be better, but nothing depends on Maria (who was always attentive to anything). They are building the swimming pool of the sports field in front (so every day from early on they are working building machinery), also the traffic at rush hour (the horns from 6pm to 9pm).

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

The apartment has a very good location, especially if you visit Lima in summer, it is equipped with everything you need and more, very clean, tidy and harmonious. Carlos and Pilar are excellent hosts. Definitely one of the best we visited, we hope to return.

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

This is a great and affordable place to stay in Lima. Small but good for one person or a couple on a short stay, I stayed two weeks and it was just perfect. The studio is located on the back of the building which makes it a quiet place. Walking distance to many good restaurants in the immediate area and Miraflores. Clean with fast and reliable internet connection. Highly recommended.
