Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chiapas

Family owned AirBnB and son Marcos was super quick and responsive. I stayed here for 5 weeks and he got me a microwave, place had yoga mats, and I loved the treated water. You can tell they know the needs of a traveler and have AirBnB filled with things like sufficient lighting, kitchen tools, extra cleaning supplies, extra blankets, heater, and etc. Don’t hesitate to reserve your stay. You will enjoy every minute of it.

Very nice and spacious apartments. Also, Roberto is a very kind and always pending host. In terms of location, it has advantages (tranquility and green surroundings) and disadvantages (to get downtown, it's 10-15 minutes by taxi or combi). It seems ideal for digital nomads that stay in San Cristóbal for several weeks or several months. In short, I really liked the place and I plan to stay here again at another opportunity.

Accommodation in a private residential subdivision, so there was always access control. Area close to places of interest in the city's northeastern sector. Very good service attitude from the host. Everything in the home was clean and working. I would stay there again or somewhere else this host administers.

Good location to go to concerts at the Chiapas Forum. It has parking, and the place is clean. Great communication. See you next concert there

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

Everything was excellent with the accommodation, very clean and in a good location. And not to mention the host's attention and service, very friendly and helpful at all times

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The house oozes with character. It is certainly one of the more unique properties we have stayed in. The good: the rooftop deck, plenty of potable water, comfortable beds, interesting house with nice artwork and furniture. The meh: this house is like an escape room. Without instructions we would never be able to access it or any of the rooms. There are at least 8 or 9 different keys that open different doors around the house. It was very confusing at first and since we arrived at 2am we couldn’t find one of the keys and had to climb out a window to access the second bedroom. We found the key the next morning - it’s all part of the fun of travelling! Also, the bedrooms are on the lower level and although they are comfortable, they get quite humid. The showers are hot, but the temperature goes in and out. Lastly, the house is a 20 minute walk to Plaza de la Paz. We often walked there and took a taxi back for either 50 or 60 pesos. The bad: nothing!

Everything works fine at the house. Salvador responded quickly to each message and gave us recommendations for restaurants and other things in Tuxtla. The house is part of one of the best residences in Tuxtla - super quiet and safe. Recommended! We really enjoyed our stay at Salvador's house. It's very nice and well-equipped. There is no doubt that excellent location and all the services made us feel at home,(nearby are some food places and a market) if we travel again, we would not last in staying again in that beautiful place,in which we enjoyed cooking with family and even roasting courtes, thank you Rober for making the stay easier and being a good host,more blessings (do not hesitate to book with it)

We stayed for six months in this Pretty house. The neighborhood is very peaceful. There are two supermarkets located nearby and charming little restaurants. The house is very well equipped and well-appointed with beautiful trees and arbutes.Vanessa Patricia is a charming host of remarkable and very responsive kindness. This rental is a great value for money. We loved our stay at Vanessa Patricia's.

the house was very Nice , he was available with sevices and helped us get around . but there are cameras inside the Home which Made me feel like i might be invaded into with conversations. a little pricey compared to other local places not listed on Airbnb. but over allí place was súper Nice and clean .
