Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chiang Rai

Super friendly hostswho were quick to reach and communicated extremely friendly and courteous. A small extra request was immediately fulfilled - so it should always be. The location of the accommodation is in a quiet residential area, the food at the beginning of the street as well as the coffee stand provide perfect meals. The market is also only a few minutes away on foot. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures - large, spacious and individually decorated. It was a pleasure staying there and meeting Chiang Rai.

great stay here, just be aware it is near the airport and there is flight noise. it stops around 9pm and doesn't start back up until around 7am, so not a big deal if you are out and about during the day.

The host can lend a scooter to get there. Short 20min hike to the waterfall on arrival . Breakfast included is beautiful... Very nice house and clean nothing to complain about. It was very good. 🙂 Just know that there are cameras all around the house 🙂

Location was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth. Sufficient space for parking and could easily reach tourist destinations via a short drive. Pornpin thoughtfully provided some refreshments and drinking water for our stay.

Fantastic place, lots of room, has all amenities you need. Easy access and central to all attractions, yet in a peaceful area.

We loved our stay! The house was just as described and so comfortable and easy. The beds and linens were spotless and extremely comfortable. The AC worked perfectly as did the washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped for reheating a take out meal. We came needing to do some work and the WiFi was super strong and we could do multiple video calls without a hitch. The neighborhood is a bit outside of things but a 7-10 minute walk will get you to numerous restaurants and bars and the clock tower. While Theo was not on the premises, he was easy to reach and very responsive. There is a woman on site who speaks English and was available to help us and answer any questions. We would return here in a second!

Rob and Fern's house is your home away from home in Chiang Rai. It was so nice of Rob to contact us before our arrival to ask about our breakfast preferences and whether we require help with transportation or information about the area. Rob and Fern welcomed us on arrival and gave us a little tour around the property, and gifted us some local delicacies and fruits. Every morning Fern provided us with breakfast accompanied with amazing local coffee and a lovely chat. Thank you guys for having us and making our stay in Chiang Rai so memorable.

Yui is an unbelievable host, I had a particular issue that I needed sorting (that had nothing to do with Yui) and Yui could not have been more accommodating. Just wonderful. Highly Recommended. Thank you very much Yui!

Our stay at Kamonvon’s place was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, while providing some great amenities like allowing us to use her scooters, preparing breakfast, arranging rides to and from the airport, and even taking us shopping at the mall. We truly enjoyed meeting her, and I highly recommend her space for your stay in Chiang Rai!

Clean and great communication

Had a great stay here, the townhouse style means there’s lots of space over multiple floors. All the amenities were clean and worked well. Check in was easy and the host was responsive and very communicative 🙏 Thanks for a great stay, highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Host was very friendly and responsive with easy to follow instructions with photos. Located in private gated building with uninterrupted view which able me to leave the curtains open during my stay. Kitchen was well equipped, which able me to cook simple meals. Walking distance from major mall with large grocery and restaurants.

Nara is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. The condo is located near the Central Mall at a walkable distance. It was a quiet and clean room, no noise or whatsoever from the neighborhood. I enjoyed staying at Nara's accomodation and can recommend it.

I liked that it was so clean and quiet I wanted to do the last of my trip here, but I'm moving because there's already another person who booked it. The number of floors is also 6, so it's nice. Communication with the host is also quick. And in some other rooms They say it smells like a sewer, but this room I stayed in There's no smell at all and it's clean. The shower water leaks from the shower head, and that's it. I think it'll be perfect if you fix it. There's no inconvenience.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet and close to Central Plaza where there is shopping and restaurants. Wifi was fast. I would recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed Jittima’s place, the building is clean and quiet and the flat has everything you need: comfortable bed, small and nice sofa, good bathroom etc. There is also washing machine on the balcony with beautiful view. Jittima is very friendly and help all my needs, I recommend her place, but you should know that it's far away from everything and you must take taxi anywhere. Thanks Jittima :)

I don't have much to complain about with this accommodation. It is very well located, it is close to the central shopping center. It is safe and peaceful. I recommend this accommodation. I extended my stay by 7 days. Thank you
