Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped and decorated. Both the interior and exterior spaces are spacious and well thought out. Impeccable cleanliness. Nestled in a green setting, an extremely quiet and peaceful place. Excellent starting point for visiting the region (by motorbike, it's pure joy). We had a wonderful stay with friends, we will be back!

This is a real dream place. The house has absolutely everything to spend an amazing break by the lake. Nicolas is an incredible host and was very attentive to any minor detail that we needed. We left today and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay at Corinne and Pierre-Philippe's. The accommodation is great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. We had very good advice on activities to do and restaurants. The young Vaïa is adorable, the center of attention. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a good time at Patricia's, the apartment is impeccable and well maintained. The description and photos are completely accurate. Patricia was flexible with our arrival times. There is a village nearby with different shops. The location of the apartment allows for different outdoor activities.

Small cottage very warm,very well equipped,good insulation and functional heating of good quality, comfortable bedding and the barbecue for a 2/03 was just perfect. Very quiet place for the period and conducive to rest. Thank you to Yann for this excellent stay.

A fantastic location in the old town of Annecy. Parking close by . The apartment is as described,a lovely renovation of a historical property and walkable to restaurants and the lake . Very comfy bed and well equipped for eating in if you prefer. We enjoyed touring the lake and spending time on the water and at a great location in the mountains to watch the paragliding .

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. This one is very clean, very well equipped. The small terrace is lovely. The accommodation is close to the lake and the center. Pieric is very responsive. We recommend and will be back. Thonon is a very pleasant city, the landscapes, the lake, everything is soothing... a nice destination 😊

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!
