Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Beluga Bunkie

The Beluga Bunkie is a little piece of paradise on our private cliffside waterfront property in the heart of North Bay Ingonish. This private one-room bunkie was designed for optimal views all the time! Whether you're taking it in from the front porch or from the comfort of the bed, it's sure to take your breath away over and over again. Although there is no direct access to the water from our property, it's just a short 10min walk to where you can dip your toes at a sandy beach.

Located in Dingwall, a small picturesque fishing community located approximately half way around the Cabot Trail. Although we do allow fur babies, please take note of the additional rules with regards to pets. If you’re joining us in the summer we are only 1.5min from east bay sand bar an amazing beach and 3min from the walking trails:) complete with fire pit and large back deck.
