Super lovely stay!! Perfect little apartment for a few days in Paris. You’re 20 mins walk away from Canal St Martin which is great, but also right next to the metro station

Marc is very nice and very available we had a lock problem, the problem was fixed during the day the apartment is clean and well located, close to the tram, which takes us directly to Paris

Felt like home away from home. 5 minute walk to Val d’Europe (mall) and a 20 minute walk to Disney. Safe, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Alexandra has a very cute Disney themed apartment. Everything was as described and more. A great place to stay near everything.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. My mother, sister, and I stayed here comfortably and couldn’t stop raving about it throughout our visit. The location is incredibly convenient—very walkable, close to the metro, and surrounded by great spots. The space itself is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and offers plenty of storage. It perfectly blends the convenience of a hotel with the charm and warmth of an Airbnb. Having on-site staff available for questions made everything seamless and stress-free. I would gladly stay here again!

This is truly a remarkable place. It is in the very heart of Paris--almost the geographic center of the city. True to Parisian form, there are a great number of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The location's convenience to the Metro railway, and the RER, is ridiculously good. It didn't seem to matter what direction we needed to go or what line we needed to get on, there was always a station within a sub 15 minute walk. Inside, the apartment is a very spacious single level living space. There is a small lower level where the gym equipment is located (what a nice touch!). All the amenities are updated, but the (I believe to be) original parquet flooring is still intact, giving it a truly 'at home in Paris' feel. Charlotte was a very communicative host and we had an absolutely delightful time. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to make the most out of their time in Paris.

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Accommodation as advertised. Everything went great

I spent 5 days in the accommodation, I was only there in the evening and at night since I was at Blanc Mesnil for work. Kamel's sister-in-law welcomed me and showed me around the place, then Kamel sent me several messages throughout the week to see if everything was going well, and we spoke on the phone, Kamel was always available and very responsive. On the property itself, nothing to complain about, what could perhaps be a problem is the fact that the neighborhood is under construction (building buildings) so there is noise outside from 8:30 am, which could bother people eager to use the balcony for example. When will this work be completed? In conclusion, I would recommend this place. Ideally for a couple, but we must be able to accommodate 4 with the convertible bed.

Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation is very nice. Close to shops and a pretty park just around the corner. If there is a problem or a question, the owners are immediately listening to solve them. Very good stay, we will gladly go back. We highly recommend this rental!

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

Elsa and Yannick were both great at arranging the apartment, tips, troubleshooting, helping with my baby and communicating. I highly recommend the gorgeous apartment overlooking Sacre coeur, Eiffel tower and zoo. Very close to Vincennes, for those who want to get out of the hustle and bustle downtown. Very accessible by numerous subway lines, to go to museums, monuments, etc. Quiet neighborhood with everything necessary for a great stay. Perfect for families with children, especially. But also perfect for those who want to enjoy a whole Paris as its residents. I strongly recommend these guests and this apartment. Thank

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Accommodation as described, perfect for a couple! No worries about parking in the street. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!

Awesome place to stay in Villetaneuse. We stayed there for several weeks. Very quiet, relaxing. Well equipped with a very tasteful decoration! We highly recommend it!
