We are so excited about our new conversion. Completely self-contained, it is a lovely, light, cosy open space with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a cool sleeping platform/mezzanine. Piddlehinton is a special place, 20 mins from the Jurassic Coast and 10 mins from Dorchester, in the renowned Piddle Valley, with beautiful walks, views and our award winning pub, The Thimble Inn. We are right next door if you need anything, but if you prefer your privacy, you can be totally separate.

Recently converted the barn has its own private track and has wonderful views over unspoilt farmland. The property is quietly on the outskirts of the village of Hazelbury Bryan and is within a 45 minute drive to the Dorset Coast. The market towns of Sherborne, Blandford Forum and Dorchester are all within 20 minutes drive.

The Annexe is situated on a working organic dairy farm, nestled in the most idyllic part of Dorset; perfectly located for beaching, country pubbing or long walks in the rolling countryside that surrounds. This beautifully crafted treehouse is deceptively spacious and is set elevated into the tree canopy with woodland to three sides affording total privacy. Facing due South, it commands extensive views over the Upper Piddle Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With so much privacy, many guests opt to “stay put” but, if you want to venture further afield there are famous landmarks like Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Weymouth, and the Jurassic Coastline all within a short drive away.

We are a gentle half hour stroll from Milton Abbey which is set in a magnificent Capability Brown landscape. We are also an easy trip (approximately 20 miles) from the spectacular Jurassic coast.

A bespoke shepherd's hut, made by a local craftsman residing on rolling pasture of a forgotten turf maze and meeting place lost in time. Welcome to the first Troytown shepherd's hut, completed in June 2023. Located on Dorset's famous Jurassic Coastline it is the perfect base for exploring sandy beaches, historic monuments and plentiful walks in nearby Puddletown Forest. Enjoy an off grid experience with views of ancient woodland and sheep grazed pasture.

Willow Tree Farm Studio

Welcome to Willow Tree Farm. We have a lovely large private studio with stunning views from its own balcony across the Dorset countryside. Our space is perfect for two adults to escape the rat race and unwind. The studio has a country theme with a comfy Super King Bed, sofa, an indoor table for two, a TV as well as a large en-suite bathroom. Outside you'll find your own private balcony with garden furniture and a BBQ just down the steps below.
