Ian was very courteous. His place was clean. I loved the shades and decor. Hated all the steps but I loved that so much was in walking distance.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Joe’s Airbnb when we came into town for Project Glow! The place was exactly as it was shown in the listing, super easy to access, and had lots of great amenities that made our trip very comfy. We made full use of the kitchen, which included a coffee maker, water boiler, and a nice assortment of teas, and the place also had a washer/dryer and nice shower. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for the two of us. It’s a quick rideshare to the downtown area; the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, but the Airbnb was in a quiet area and we felt safe during our time there. Joe was also super responsive and helpful during our stay. Overall, would definitely stay again if in the area!

Excellent location. Close to the Metro and a short ride to all that DC has to offer. Place is clean, and communication was always clear and accurate.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

I sent my parents on a quick getaway to relax and spend some time together, and they had an amazing experience. The space was beautiful and very relaxing. They truly enjoyed themselves and spoke highly of the location. They would love to come back as soon as possible! Ivan was a great host and very responsive whenever they had any questions. Wonderful stay all around.

Such a gem this place as it had so many advantages that ranged from the free parking, peaceful community and overall ambiance. Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall the fam & I loved it. The king air mattress & regular bed were both super comfy. Having off street parking was very helpful (had 2 cars, made it flexible to park both next to the rental). Street parking came very easy as well. The rental felt cozy and at home. We'll be keeping this listing in mind next time we're visiting DC. Walkable to union market & 930 club neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in Annapolis. The property is located at the end of a quiet, dead end tree-lined street. A short and pleasant walk to the heart of Annapolis with dining and shopping options along the way. The property was clean and appeared exactly as the shown in the photos.

Large place, great jumping off point and close to town for my partner, my dog and myself. Very clean, and set up great to watch TV at night or work from home. And a fully operational kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night. Thank you again!

Matt was very friendly and communicative. We had a slight issue and he was responsive and came to check it out and remediate as needed. The place was clean and had a nice kitchen for making light snacks.

We were in town for a niece’s HS graduation. We checked in a bit early and met Melissa. She was nice, friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the heart of charming Charlottesville town center. Very walkable and lots to do. The space is large and fit 2 adults and 3 older children well. When we checked out, I left my glasses and Melissa promptly let me know and arranged for the glasses to be returned.

Just what we needed after a long drive. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely appointed. The surrounding area is very safe and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

If you are seeking a clean and convenient place to stay to enjoy the National Harbor, look no farther! Not only was the condo a perfect getaway, but Kenny is extremely kind and a great communicator! He made sure our anniversary getaway was everything we hoped for! Definitely recommend!

I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

Loved the location of this place peaceful and walkable to many restaurants. Was a little bummed with the pool hours but all and all would stay again.

This was an awesome stay! If you have infants their place is a must as it is easily baby proofed and has so many accessible items!

We stayed in this condo for a month and found it to be very comfortable. Although in an older, fairly large complex and on the ground level, we found it to be quiet, private, and secure. The kitchen was well stocked, all appliances in good working order, furnishings in good condition, and pleasant decor lending to a homey atmosphere. Condo is in a great location with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. All in all, a good experience. Angelique was immediately responsive to questions/concerns. We would definitely stay there again.
