Holiday rentals with a patio in Cherry Creek, Denver

I loved this basement gem. Sandi was kind and communicative, helpful when approached, but also considerate in giving space and privacy in her shared home. The property is in a great location and we loved taking evening strolls among the beautiful shade trees and visiting each and every tiny library that we passed. The separate entrance off the private patio was lovely and you will find a talent for succulents dwells here. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding and bathroom products. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and had every necessary amenity for a home cooked meal. You may find yourself googling properties for sale in the area wishing you could live in a home and neighborhood just like this one. But alas, a short-term stay will suffice. Hope to visit again.

We LOVED Jon's place -- comfortable, clean and some really special touches (prisms in the window, fun hand-painted walls). Jon met us personally and introduced us to his dogs (very friendly). He checked in with us on how things were going as well. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and we really liked the shower! The location was perfect for us -- near our Denver children's residences, but in a very quiet and nicely-tended neighborhood. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

In a quiet neighborhood that's centrally located for getting around in Denver, walking distance to parks and coffee shops, etc. Bianca & Sean were incredibly responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

This was an awesome place to stay! We had our company team ( we’re a group of 6 ) stay here for the Outside Festival as we are participating as one of the vendors. The accommodations were great for everyone and it was an awesome space for us to convene for breakfast and after the event at the end of the day. Plenty of space for everyone to relax both indoors and out plus the location was perfect to cute neighborhoods as well as the downtown area. The beds were really comfortable and great, hot water and water pressure which is always a big plus for me! Everything was clean and modern with a super nice design! Jose and his communication was wonderful.

My friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. The AirBnB is perfect. It's clean, the rooms are so comfortable, and it's very spacious. Perfectly accommodated our group of 8.

This airbnb was exactly what we were looking for! It is a quaint private space with a short drive to Denver and its many attractions. Our flight got in earlier than expected and after a quick message to Corey we were able to check in early which was great! Highlights of our stay were the large water dispenser (which we used a TON), the large TV, comfy queen bed, and its affordability! Pictures are very accurate as well as the description of amenities like coffee bar, dishes, etc. Highly recommend!

Rhianna's place was in a convenient location for us. A short hop to both I25 and I70, and close to City Park. Lots of restaurants and bars on Colfax which was also just a short drive or Uber away. The place itself was very well put together and was one of the cleanest places I've stayed! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and quiet place. Whole downstairs to ourselves. Host accommodation was as expected from a good host. If you are over 6’ watch your head going back upstairs :). Thank you

Just like home! Lauren’s home really was just fantastic to be in with my wife and 1 year old son. Lauren had so many amenities for a 1 year old it was just great to not bring a pack n play / high chair / and other miscellaneous items with us. Lauren is super responsive and handles everything in a timely manner. She is a fantastic host and we would love to book again with her! We highly recommend you do too!!

This was a great place to stay and Corey was very kind.

Sarah’s place is perfect. It’s is so close to everything. Was able to walk easily to Union Station (15 Minutes), Coors Park, Diary block, LoDo and RiNo district. Grocery stores close by. We had an issue with the elevator code and Sarah responded immediately and resolved the issue. The patio is large and we loved having breakfast out there. Highly recommend this listing

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The location in downtown Denver couldn’t be more perfect—walkable to everything. The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and really well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and having convenient parking was a huge plus. If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.
