House holiday rentals in Cherokee County

We had a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, at no fault of the host, we were forced to be stuck inside due to the weather and when that subsided, the neighbors were burning the largest fire and we were sprinkled with debris. The items left on the porch were covered in ash and smelled of brush fire. Luckily there were plenty of games and televisions inside, even though the WiFi was a bit spotty. I wish we could’ve enjoyed the amenities more. Will try again

This is a beautiful home in a fabulous location. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were in the area for my son’s wedding and had a uhaul trailer with us. The only issue we had was with the driveway and parking. The driveway is very curved and on an angle.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this place! It was extremely well stocked with everything you could need; charming and well cared for. A great location right by the pool, which was so handy with kids wanting to swim every day. The pool and hot tub are SO nice! The lake views were absolutely lovely, and the grounds very well cared for. The owners checked in upon our arrival (via text) to make sure we were settled in, which was kind. There are several homes on this property, but we never felt a lack of privacy. We hope to come back and bring family or friends! The perfect lake getaway property.

We had an AM❤️ZING stay at the Home of Cedar Bluff, LOWER Level of "Your Big Lake House." The pictures of the property do not do the home any justice. The design of the property ensures that all ages will have something to do. Viewing the lake by day and night while sitting on the spacious porch was absolutely refreshing. Destinie was an incredible host. Each day, she checked in with me through text to see if we needed anything. She even offered us a complimentary late checkout. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great area to get away with family or friends. Thank you, Dave and Destinie, for allowing us to enjoy the weekend in your beautiful home.

House was great, views were amazing and a nice peaceful area

We booked the entire property at Magnolia Overlook before the newest additions (Studios + Blue With a View) were added, and these more recent developments to the property were truly our favorite spots to hangout during our weekend! Being able to combine both studio units on the deck made this the perfect place for evening games on the porch. Your hosts have truly thought of every comfort and accommodation to make this a memorable place to stay - our friends raved about the heated towel rack all weekend long! We are already talking about our next stay at this beautiful property!

Great clean house, plenty of beds/baths. As an extra cherry on top, the host was extra-responsive to requests and communication needs. If you have a large group and are adventuring in/around Leesburg, I don't think there is better place to stay. We'll definitely look up Chestnut Bay again the next time we are in town.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay for our family Christmas. The house was spacious and very accommodating for all of us. It’s in a beautiful tranquil location and I will definitely rent again!! Thank you so much Victoria for being a great host and sharing this lovely home!

Fantastic stay! The Effie house is absolutely adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, with views of cotton fields and Lake Weiss; sunsets over the water were amazing. John and his wife were so hospitable and readily available anytime something came up. Highest recommendations!

The home was beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The hot tub needed to heat up overnight before it was truly hot but that was fine.

The house was bigger than we expected. The yard to the dock was an easy walk. Quite. Screened in porch was excellent! We had a great stay!

This house is beautiful beyond my dreams. It was exactly what my family needed. It had everything you would need for an extended stay. The house had plenty of linens and towels. Had plenty of cookware and dishes. We loved the board games provided. The screened in porch was the best part! I also love that a stair cover door has been installed. This is great if you have small children and don’t want them going downstairs. Amenities were as described. The dock area is great! ALSO the fan in the king size bedroom is AMAZING! I am one that has to sleep with a fan and not only was it great white noise but it also cooled the room very well.

We had stayed at this AirBnB in 2023 and had so much fun that we decided to come back. My friends and I wanted to take a weekend trip before everyone was graduated and off doing their own things and this stay was perfect for us! Although the weather wasn’t what we hoped for, we made the best of it and had a great time. We love this place and will most likely be back again, thank you!!

Great place to stay and very clean. It is kinda out in the middle of nowhere we felt like as far as a town to make a run to get something but we had mostly everything before getting there. We stayed for the event going on at Indian Mountain Atv Park which is about 35 min out so parking was a little tight for 3 trucks and trailers but owners were plenty helpful in letting us use the backyard as well. Overall no complaints.

Beautiful property and well maintained. Exactly as described. We had a large party of 16 and this place was fantastic for our group. Furnished kitchen was a great plus. Home was very comfortable and had everything you could thing of. Very responsive to our inquiries and needs. Will definitely recommend this to all our friends.

Very nice rustic place with a beautiful view of Lake Weiss. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend! HOWEVER…. There is no WiFi and Cell Service is awful. If you are the type that needs to be connected at all times, this place is not for you. I actually enjoyed being disconnected for a weekend. So it was perfect for me and my crew. I will definitely return!

Southern hospitality at its finest! Ann was such a spectacular host, this Airbnb experience was the best experience we ever had here on AirBNB and we will be visiting soon and often since we officially adopted her as our grandmother ❤️ xoxo Her place is magical, watching lightning bugs in her backyard was the icing on the cake!
