Beyond expectations! Venceslav is a true superhost and has a fantastic space. We felt at home from the first moment. Impeccable comfort and cleanliness. Exactly as in the photos. Living room/kitchen more spacious than they look, impeccable rooms of comfort and cleanliness, super-clean bathroom. Everything you need for a family stay, with details that show extreme care in making guests feel good. The location could not be better, in a very quiet place although half a dozen steps from the main streets of shops and restaurants, parks, bus stations, train and the beach. Venceslav was very detailed in the directions about the apartment, attentive and quick in the contacts. The best choice in Burgas. We recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The place was extremely clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent – right next to the pedestrian street, which makes everything convenient and within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the compliment in the fridge – a nice gesture that made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the place to other guests!

We had a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly the photos—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. Check-in was super flexible, and the host provided clear and helpful instructions. The terrace had a stunning view, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the Sea Garden, close to the city centre, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and fast food spots. There’s even a store right downstairs, which was super convenient. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet with no noise at night. Overall, the stay was definitely worth the cost. I’d absolutely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very hospitable hosts! We were met on their own initiative at the bus station, for which we are grateful))) the apartments are excellent, Wi-Fi is very fast. They recommended several interesting places, suggested where the amusement park for children is, where the best beaches are. The impressions of the trip were the best.

This is thebest accommodation I have come across on this platform. There was absolutely everything we needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms . Extremely kind and unobtrusive hosts, thanks for them. Our every requirement and desire was met with exceptional responsiveness and timely and adequate response. Extremely clean, tidy, with attention to every detail. The setting is even morecharming than the photos presented, the beds are comfortable and large. The two city beaches are within walking distance (7-8min.with small children.), the town centre (pedestrian area) is literally a minute away and the park is across the street. The jacuzzi is sparkling with cleanliness and offers a touch of spa experience as well. There are practically 2 parking spaces and one garage so parking is not an issue either. I would boldly recommend, both the host and the accommodation itself. We would certainly come back if we decide to vacation in Tsarevo again.

Very cosy house with everything we needed. We went off season so it was peaceful and private. There’s a backyard for outdoor activities and parking spaces for our cars. The beach is within walking distance too.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
