House holiday rentals in Chernomorets

It was very nice,the house is bright,spacious,modern and clean.. it had all the amenities.. The kitchen is very nice and fully equipped with everything you need.. the meanness is beautiful, the pool is clean has enough space for parking.. we will gladly visit this lovely place again.

what an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Everything was clean, tidy and worked perfectly. Any small hiccups (like us not understanding the boiler operation) were delt with quickly and help was at hand for everything we needed or wanted. The host and people on site we fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The pool was a very welcome addition and kept clean to a high standard by everyone as were the grounds of the complex. This was exactly what we were looking for and are already planning our next visit. The property does require a car to get to for ease but there is a bus service to sunny beach. The village has a small pub, a few shops and little place to eat which sold the best burger we have ever had served in a Bulgarian pocket bread. Can't thank Genya and Dessie enough for their help and everyone on site for their very warm welcome. Can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed the place very much. We spent a full week. We were able to really rest and feel at home. The place is quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need if you decide to make your own food. There is a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We got a recommendation of some places we can eat from Yanislava. I would come back again.

The home is a real gem. In the pictures, not even detailed all the amenities. The check-in is self contained, with a key in a lock box with a code, own parking space in front of the house (you constantly see your car), the complex is closed and with CCTV. With controlled access (doorman with barrier at entrance). The villa is separated from the hotel area and among other villas, beautifully and tidy. The pool is for the use of the cottage only and is in the backyard of the house. There is a 1.5m fence around the cottage. It has absolutely everything you need for a stay. There is a supermarket in the complex with everything you need from cosmetics to food and drinks. There is also a bar at the hotel complex pool with great cocktails. The villa is suitable if you want peace and privacy. Spacious and comfortable. There are many cats in the complex. Petty, not cheeky, they are clean. Communication with Alan was smooth. Everything was explained in detail. We left sad because we needed to stay! Thank you, we will be back again next year with pleasure.

A beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Bulgarian seaside! The house was tastefully designed to take the guest away from the busy daytime in the city and provide a tranquil retreat. Add the pool and the starry nights and the vacation at the Yellow House becomes the perfect summer destination. All the hot spots in this part of the seaside are a quick drive away, including the beaches, restaurants, shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose Manuela's house for our next visit to the Black Sea.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

A lovely house in Sozopol First of all Radostina is a kind person. She and her husband helped us a lot not only when we arrive but also before with recommendations about the parking situation. They offered us a parking spot for free near the port and also helped us when we arrive by discussing the price for parking with the locals for us. The house they offered was perfect, like a fairy tale in a dreamy town like Sozopol is. The house was very clean, 3 perfect bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living. Radostina and her husband were there for us all the time during our stay in Sozopol. Overall this was the perfect stay. I will recommend Radostina in the future as a host and as a human being! Thank you so much for making our stay here perfect and wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Mariya's place. The house is private, quiet, comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, brand new beds, pillows and linens. We were looking for a lazy, peaceful vacation and we found it at Mariya's place. My family loved spending time on the deck, especially in the evening feeling the breeze. Hearing the rooster in the morning was a bonus. The host is caring, attentive and will give you all the local recommendations. We would definitely go back!

This is thebest accommodation I have come across on this platform. There was absolutely everything we needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms . Extremely kind and unobtrusive hosts, thanks for them. Our every requirement and desire was met with exceptional responsiveness and timely and adequate response. Extremely clean, tidy, with attention to every detail. The setting is even morecharming than the photos presented, the beds are comfortable and large. The two city beaches are within walking distance (7-8min.with small children.), the town centre (pedestrian area) is literally a minute away and the park is across the street. The jacuzzi is sparkling with cleanliness and offers a touch of spa experience as well. There are practically 2 parking spaces and one garage so parking is not an issue either. I would boldly recommend, both the host and the accommodation itself. We would certainly come back if we decide to vacation in Tsarevo again.

Clean new apartment, close to airport, great for weekend getaway, very easy and quick contact with host, price adequate to quality , honestly recommend

We have rented the villa for our mums 70th birthday. She wanted to spend it with close family. My mum, my husband and I and my brother and his wife stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. The house is well thought through. Everything you need is there. It is in a quiet village, we have enjoyed the pool and the tennis court. There are games, CDs, films, books and magazines. Lovely time at lovely place

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.
