Bienvenue dans notre nouveau logement situé au « Clos Mylodro », à 3 min de l’hôpital privé De Varye (10 min à pied) et à 10 min en voiture de la Gare de Bourges. C’est avec plaisir que je recommence l’expérience d’hôte! Voici notre charmant et confortable appartement, indépendant de notre maison privée, pouvant héberger quatre personnes (+ un bébé), avec terrasse couverte, salon de jardin et d’un parking (grand utilitaire ok) privé. La piscine, l’aire de jeux sont à partager avec ma famille.

In the countryside, just 8 km from the Saint Amand Montrond exit (A71), the Orgerie is a quiet charming cottage, comfortable with heated pool and magnificent views of the bocage. Lots of things to do nearby. The 2.5 ha estate allows for a great independence of the accommodation . Possibility to rent a small house in addition. The pool open from mid April to mid-October is shared with the owners when they are there (we respect the privacy of our hosts )w

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Secure parking on request. 10 min from Bourges by car and 5 min walk: - Plaimpiied Abbey - the greenway that joins Bourges, along the Berry Canal. Nice walk for everyone, including our four-legged friends - a children's playground, in a nice park - a supermarket, bakery, butcher and nice restaurant. Baby equipment. Workspace/high-speed Wi-Fi.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
