I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Au RDC, un petite cuisine ouverte sur un séjour cosy donnant sur une grande terrasse avec store électrique, dessert une chambre et une salle de douche WC. A l'étage par un escalier (assez raide) dessert une mezzanine et une chambre de 3 lits. A l'extérieur un abri où se détendre et prendre ses repas.
