Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chena

We only had a short visit to Brittany’s place (two nights) but it was a perfect setting and just what we needed to relax. Very comfortable accommodation, great amenities and a lovely garden. Would love to visit again to see the Aurora.

The home was cozy and clean. We were able to do our laundry with soap provided, which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The Farmhouse is easily the most comfortable Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The classy decor and shabby-chic furniture feels like home. Kate makes sure that the place is stocked with down bedding and fresh clean towels and linens. We really appreciated how clean the place felt, without all the toxic artificial smells of air freshener and fabric softener that many airbnbs use to mask the place not truly being clean. Kate’s farmhouse is ACTUALLY clean, it’s not cosmetically perfect but actually clean, which is what matters. Kate was so accommodating and kind to us, the next time we need a place to stay in Fairbanks, we’ll try to book her place again!! Highly recommend!

A beautiful home, in a lovely location. Lots of windows mean lots of light so it's a wonderful place to wake up in. The rooms are small but well-appointed and cozy, and the decor is lovely. I especially appreciated the location. It's not a good place to walk to town from, but the neighborhood is charming, full of delightful houses and lovely people. I woke up the first morning to see people with strollers and leashed dogs walking up and down the road! The one drawback was that it was a little cold. If you decide to stay during the cool months, bring some warm clothes.

We had a great stay in Fairbanks at this home. Cozy interior and enough room for 4 adults. Close to shopping and downtown Fairbanks (10 minutes). Home was as pictured and very clean inside. We made use of the convenient washer and dryer as this was the midway point of our week long road trip. Would book again.

We had a wonderful weekend using this properties, a homebase to experience Denali and the Chena Hot Springs area. The outdoor sauna was an added bonus, but the views were absolutely incredible and well worth the time to spend the weekend in Fairbanks.

We had the loveliest stay at Leila and Nate's place this March! The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and private, and had everything we needed and then some--the shower particularly was very nice and big. It is obvious Leila and Nate take great pride in their property, and more broadly in their home of Fairbanks and the surrounding area, with their extensive local tips. A lovely handwritten card from Leila welcoming us was a lovely touch, and we're very grateful to both of them for welcoming us into their home. We will definitely be choosing their place again the next time we are in the area!

I had a short 1 day stay with Michael, still he was very responsive and also provided for an early check in. Location of the place worked well for my travel plans and it was clean and well organized! Thanks Michael for the great experience.

Extremely well designed and decorated place to stay. Caleb and Grace put a lot in to making sure my stay was comfortable. They were very gracious hosts and I would recommend them to anyone.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful stay at Wendy’s studio in North Pole! It’s a great place for two—cozy, comfortable, and exceptionally well-stocked with everything you might need. Wendy is a very hospitable host, and you can really tell she puts care into the space. The location is perfect for exploring Fairbanks, and it's also a great base for a day trip to Chena Hot Springs. Centralized, quiet, and convenient—we definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Great location with awesome views. It was very quiet and easy to walk across the foot bridge to “downtown” for meals and the visitor center. There is a playground next to it that was nice and clean which my 7 year old loved. While we didn’t use them I noticed a pack and play, lots of kid books and some toys. The kitchen was well stocked for making quick meals. I also appreciated that there was places to hang jackets and place shoes.

We had a great time and loved the space. We saw a moose nearly every day just a few hundred yards west of the property.

Every thing was great. Comfortable and quiet. Would definitely book again
