My second time at the house and it was just as pleasant as the first! It will undoubtedly be a recurring place for me.

Excellent, rooms with super cool weather! The pool helped not have to go out for the boy who loves to be in the water, so it's an alternative to having to be on the beach every 2 hrs. There is an Oxxo 2 blocks away and the center is relatively close (5min by car). Definitive is a very viable option with everything you need to stay in the worry-free playita.

It's a paradise. Everything is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Fernando is very, very attentive. We enjoyed Heidi's excellent cuisine that was recommended to us

Leila's house is a pleasant place to spend a few very relaxed days. Host Roger is very friendly resolved any details of the stay. We loved the space in the backyard. We are delighted and for sure we will be back.

Excellent accommodation and host

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

I went with my family and it was just spectacular. The house is spacious, bright and super comfortable, perfect for lounging and enjoying together. It has a beautiful ocean view, and hearing the waves at night was magical. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are fresh and cozy, and the garden has direct beach access. We spend the days between walks in the sand, amazing sunsets, and outdoor family dinners. Definitely a place I want to come back to. Ideal to get away and recharge energy surrounded by nature and good company.

Elena was incredibly kind and responsive. If there was a rating above super host Elena would definitely get it. The home is warm and inviting.

Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

Vanne is an excellent host at all times attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and an excellent beach location. The very nice beach can be put in one without worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention a luxury of a clear person that we will return. I felt right at home. Thank you very much

We had an amazing stay at Juan Pablo’s Airbnb! The house was in an excellent location—just a couple of blocks from the beach and a short walk to downtown, where we found great restaurants and even a nice beachside spot we loved. The area is very friendly and welcoming, and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. Juan Pablo was an exceptional host—always attentive and making sure everything was perfect. He stayed on top of everything, from keeping the pool clean to providing fresh linens. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this area, and we highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Juan Pablo!

The photos do not do the house justice! yes, it is a rustic but divine house!! excellent decor, safe place to sleep, the ocean front pool area is fabulous. We will definitely return. It's worth mentioning that it looks like they just had full maintenance on the house because it looked freshly painted.

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent location and the facilities are good

The location is great, very close to malecón, the place is very comfortable. Claudia was always helpful and easy to reach, very accommodating to the changing situation I had in my trip, highly recommend the place

Great communication. Steps from the beach, you can hear the ocean from the top bedroom. Quiet sleepy town. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would recommend to others. :)

Charming place! A very pleasant experience, with a quiet area and close to the sea. The pool is spacious and clean, there are hours when the sun does not allow you to enjoy it much but at suitable times it is perfect. The house is always clean and fresh, I recommend opening windows and leaving mosquito nets for the air to cool the stay. Without going further, I highly recommend it for the family, in the same way my pets had a good time even though mine are small and the patio is spacious. Excellent stay 🙌🫶

I loved the space! Very comfortable for a couple's visit because of its privacy! Also excellent and safe for our pets. Very well equipped kitchen and very clear instructions!

The apartment is situated right in front of the beach, but the community also has a private pool if you need a break from the saltwater. The bedroom is roomy with plenty of ventilation and working A/C. We had a great time in the apartment and found it easy to walk directly into central Chelem. A great getaway and highly recommended.

In general, the house is very good, clean and spacious, the pool is very clean and perfect for relaxing, although the house is open, it is a very safe and quiet area. There was a problem with the light and the refrigerator and Naim fixed it very quickly. Although there is not much to do in the area, about 10-15 minutes by car you can find more tourist activities. The only thing I didn't like very much is that the person who cleans the house came in without telling us beforehand.

Gratitude to the hosts for sharing this stunning home with others - it is a slice of paradise and just like the photos. What better holiday can one ask for then to wake up, step outside your doorstep and into the ocean for a swim? Expect privacy as the beach, although public, has very few visitors. Spacious for 3 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook including a drip coffee maker, french press, purified water cooler, some coffee, tea, seasonings, extra-virgin olive oil and vinegars. The lounge area has reclining seats and a large TV with Netflix for late-night binges. Chelem is a quiet fishing village. There are two great breakfast spots within walking distance (Cafe Paris and Las Brujitas) as well as a fancier place for dinner which we never got to try (Mollusk). Progresso is a 15 minute drive away and has a boardwalk, beachfront restaurants and shops. Merida is an easy 45 minute drive for dinner, shopping and culture. I will 100% stay here again!

I liked the place, it's all fenced in, very good for bringing pets and they don't leave the place, everything is very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. If you go by car, the beach is 5 minutes away. If you go walking, it's about 10 minutes. I mean, it's super close. There's even a shop 2 houses away where you can even buy fried fish. I loved it 👌

The house is nice but lacks maintenance, the upstairs bathroom has no door and it is difficult when you go as a family. The downstairs bathroom has no toilet. The doors of the rooms do not close or open well, as well as the gates. The curtains are worn. The location of the place is very good, the beach is incredible.

Very nice and quiet place, very clean stay as in the photos, and as other guests mention, you can see a variety of birds from the pool, and the landscapes are incredible
