Entiat city park is only 10 miles away with a boat launch and less than 30 miles from Chelan or Wenatchee and 40 miles to Leavenworth. Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

We are located about 20 minutes outside of Chelan and close to many local wineries, restaurants, golf, horseback riding etc. It is a sought after place to fish and/or hunt. Home near Mission Ridge and Squilchuck State Park. In the winter you're as close as you can stay to Mission Ridge. 4 miles to the ski area or go sledding at Squilchuck State Park. In the summer enjoy the cooler temps in the trees. Home is wonderful for entertaining with hot tub, theatre room, pool table, BBQ and a fully stocked kitchen.
