Wonderful home and host. Kenyatta was mor than accommodating, very responsive and always took time to answer any questions about her home. I will definitely rent her home again!

Our stay at Dorene and John’s was perfect! We traveled the half hour to ski at Nub’s and enjoyed being in the private atmosphere of the cabin. The hot tub topped it all off! We didn’t want to leave!

Had a short stay at the Hoot House and absolutely loved it. It's a beautiful place to kick back and take in some nature, and definitely worth what we paid. Thanks again Jessica for all of the help and local recommendations, we will be back again for sure!!

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend getaway at Veaux Pines. Beautiful house and beachfront with a great vibe and lots to do right on the property. Katy was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. We hope to make a return visit!

We were looking for a home base as we explored Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. Brandon’s place delivered and felt like home. Everything was as described and convenient.

This has to be the best air b and b I’ve stayed at. Beautiful land and very clean and spacious cabin. Definitely worth the price and hopefully we will be back again!

We loved our stay at the 3 little cottages! It has everything we needed and more. The lakeside area was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed the use of kayaks as well. The cottages were clean and comfortable and had all basic amenities covered. We enjoyed all the extra toys provided in the shed. Lori was so helpful and friendly. We were so sad to leave and can not wait to come back next year!

The location was priceless , beautiful log home overlooking Lake Huron. The wildlife was amazing . Watching the Bald Eagles and deer were our favorites. Made lots of memories with great family and friends. We will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful location! We went skiing at both boyne mountain and boyne highlands during our stay! Very close to both mountains and easily accessible! Very comfortable house and the kitchen was a blessing! We were worried about hot water but we had 5 people all showering every day and we never had any issues! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to have some fun in Michigan!

We had a lovely 4-day trip here. We were pleasantly surprised with how big and open the home was; it was a very comfortable stay. Also loved the row boat, dock, fire pit and kayaks. It was great to be able to brings our dogs too! We read lots of reviews about the well water but the water was fine. It’s also on a sandy lot and allows pets, so it’s as clean as you’d expect. Only thing we’d change is it isn’t quite as private as we’d like, but that’s personal preference. We would stay here again!

Great spot to vacation in Mackinaw with the family. Very clean. Easy for day trips to Mackinac Island, Soo Locks, and Michilimackinac. Waterfront behind the house has great views. Thank you Diane!

Arrived during peak fall Colors. Stunning view of the lake. Lots of outdoor seating. Waking up each morning with a view of the lake from the queen size bed was priceless. Walking the beach with my dogs was so relaxing. Day trips to Petoskey and Mackinaw City. Really enjoyed my week.

This place is perfect for any size family or group. The views are incredible, the lot was perfect as it allowed some to mingle around the firepit while the kids could run around and play. Not to mention the bonus fun cabin with a ping pong table and other games! The hosts are top notch, always responsive and very helpful. If you’re torn between this place and any other in the area, make the right choice and stay here!

Excellent host! Cabin has all the basic needs nice kitchen and bath, enough sleeping space and big plus was the WiFi, which I appreciated! Cabin is exactly as described on listing! Quaint and quiet neighborhood with lots to explore and do in the surrounding area. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Already planning a trip back!

Great location, we really enjoyed our stay. The huge fireplace was a plus, as well as the beach access.

Shelli and Paul, and their cabin, are wonderful. Our second year in a row to this wonderful location in the gorgeous nature of northern Michigan. Highly recommend.

peaceful getaway!

It was very nice especially for the price I just wish that as a person who likes my own privacy since I have anxiety and can get easily overwhelmed I wish that the cabin had its own fireplace and grill. Aside from that it was a perfect comfortable little get away for the weekend.

This cottage was perfect for our small group of my parents, dog, and myself. Jamie was proactive in asking about our ferry schedule and was able to let us check in early so we weren't waiting around - I'm sure that won't always be possible but we appreciated the bonus! Jamie met us upon arrival to show Us around the cottage, and was quick to respond for the couple questions we had during our stay. For newbies to BBI be aware that food and supply options on the island is very limited! The tavern on the island is awesome, and there is some food/grocery supply available at the diner but hours of operation are inconsistent. This rental did provide all dishes, linens, dish and hand soap. The heating, wifi, and dining area were more than adequate.
