Parfait endroit pour se reposer et discuter tout en profitant pleinement de la ville. Surtout une terrasse incroyable qui rajoute un plus indéniable à un appartement déjà plus que bien équipé et décoré. Accueil parfait tout en étant très fluide. On recommande +++

Der Aufenthalt bei Stéphane war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und kann man zu Fuss oder mit dem Metro oder mit dem Tram alles schnell erreichen. Es hat gleich 3 Bäkerei-Konditorei um die Ecke. Gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour chez Christophe, le logement était très propre, très bien équipé et correspondait à la description. On entre directement dans la chambre, on entend très légèrement l’ascenseur, mais l’immeuble est très calme. Le garage souterrain est un plus, c’est un logement très pratique pour un séjour professionnel sur Lyon :)

Appartement tres agréable, bien décoré et avec de bonnes finitions. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipement. La rue est calme et grace aux volets électriques il fait bien noir le matin ce qui appreciable. De plus il est facile de se garer au bas de l'immeuble (en tout cas le week-end). Bien situé pour se rendre en centre ville en transport en commun. Le seul bémol était que les TV étaient plus "smart" que nous apparement. Mais ça ne nous nous a pas manqué....

L’appartement de Benoit était tout à fait conforme à la description. Très propre, proche de tout et disposant de toutes les commodités. Je recommande fortement. Benoit a aussi été très flexible sur les heures de départ et d’arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Alexis place was in a perfect location to explore the Vieux Lyon (old quarter). It is a VERY short 2 min. walk to the metro & also the funicular to the hillside Roman ruins & amazing church of Our Lady! The apartment requires walking up stairs but is in a charming old school building & the inside is modern & VERY clean! We highly recommend Alexis' place in Lyon!

Choć nasz pobyt w tym domu związany był wyłącznie z podróżą służbową i większość czasu spędzaliśmy w pracy, muszę przyznać, że wynajęte lokum spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – a nawet je przewyższyło. Po długich godzinach zawodowych z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do spokojnego, czystego i komfortowego wnętrza. Dom był dobrze ogrzany, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a szybki internet i biurka pozwalały mi bez problemu dokończyć niektóre obowiązki zdalnie. Cicha okolica sprzyjała odpoczynkowi i skupieniu – dokładnie tego potrzebowaliśmy po intensywnym dniu. Doceniam też dbałość gospodarzy o szczegóły – podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, świeże ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, a nawet kilka przydatnych informacji o okolicy – wszystko to sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardziej jak w domu niż w „miejscu noclegowym”. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom nie tylko turystom, ale również osobom podróżującym służbowo. Jeśli znów będziemy w tej okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Accueil très agréable ! Nous avons passé un super weekend en famille dans cette magnifique maison. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

The place is beautiful and the closed garden give a feeling of quiet and serenity. This is the perfect place if you want to feel some French history and have a comfortable place to stay in the area. The host is sympathetic and responsive. I will definitely come back if I am in this part of France again.

Maryse est une hôte très accueillante et très gentille. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais nous avons apprécié les petites attention de Maryse dans le logement (café, petites madeleines, thé, etc.) et les informations sur la région et la demeure.

Superbe logement bien équipé et bien situé , un bel environnement avec des randonnées sympathique à faire , le jacuzzi et la posicione sont un vrai plus , tout est propre et les propriétaires sont très gentils et ont étés joignables très rapidement lors de nos échanges , je recommande absolument ce logement et merci à Delphine et son mari pour cet agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Roland et sa femme. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel avec pleins de petites attentions (serviettes, savon, café, sucre, condiments, transat etc). Le quartier est très calme (Auchan à 10/15 min à pied), bus à proximité. La piscine était très agréable. Le petit point à améliorer est juste sur le store qui recouvre la porte, il laisse entrer la lumière donc quand le soleil se lève, la pièce n'est plus dans le noir et difficile de se rendormir à titre personnel.

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.
