Ideal for EPFL or Unil visitor, kitchen available (induction hob, oven, refrigerator). Extendable 2 seater table for 5 people. Balcony. 3 min walk to Unil, 10 min to EPFL 5 min by tram from the city center. 5 min walk to the lakefront Bedding and bath linens provided. Coffee machine and kettle. Bathroom with shower.

Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Quiet, bright & cosy apartment EPFL with parking

My apartment is easy to access by train, bus or car. The Renens train station is only 4 minutes by foot away and if you’re driving I have a private parking space in front of the building free of charge. Quiet and bright the apartment is situated at the 3rd and last floor of an early century building. Unfortunately at that time they didn’t set up an elevator so there are some steps to climb.

Beautiful apartment for rent with top-of-the-range equipment. Living room of 40 m2 with open fully equipped kitchen and central island. Bedroom of 14 m2 with 250 cm fitted wardrobe and 160 cm bed with storage. Bathroom of 6 m2 with opening on the bedroom and outside, Italian shower and WC. The 27 m2 terrace overlooks the lake from October to April.

Diego is a great host, and his place was really pleasant and clean. You have beds in the same room as the dining area and kitchen, but you can seclude your area with curtains, so you have privacy. You can use the kitchen, bathroom, and even the terrace, which was really nice. The location is good, quiet, close to the Sauvabelin forest and it's easy to get to the center by bus and metro.

Florian always responded quickly to my messages and was very flexible regarding check-in. The room is located in an apartment with a shared bathroom. In the room there was a coffee machine with chocolate and beautiful flowers to welcome us - that was great. The only negative was that the apartment and accordingly the room smelled very strongly of smoke, which is unpleasant as a non-smoker. So I had to sleep with the window open and the noise from the street was quite disturbing. All in one, it was a comfortable overnight stay with good value for money. Thank you!
