Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chavannes-près-Renens

We had a great week in Lausanne and Killian's apartment contributed to our satisfaction. I recommend +++. Everything is there: comfort including bedding, brightness, cleanliness, features, great environment with sun terrace without vis-à-vis and overlooking the trees The apartment is the living space of its tenant so everything is there to feel at home. Thank you for your hospitality Kilian and thoughtful touches.

An absolutely beautiful apartment. As soon as we walked through the door greeted by a heavenly view, we felt like we were in a safe and peaceful little sanctuary. Isabelle was such a friendly and gracious host! Everything was thought of. We had all we needed and more. Isabelle even provided everything our toddler might need from a fold away bath and toys, changing mat, a vest and even a sweet white noise and light star projector (our son loved it!) and more. Everything in this apartment is of the highest quality and super clean. We really loved the tiny village of Chardonne. It was a restful retreat after a busy day down in Vevey. A short and enjoyable stroll from the funi station (we used La Baume upon Isabelle’s helpful recommendation as it was flatter and an easier walk with stroller etc). Our stay here was one of the best parts of our Swiss trip. Thanks again, Isabelle!

We had a truly wonderful time at this perfect chalet during the Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations. It felt like home from the moment we arrived! The kitchen and entire space are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our experience that we’d love to return in the future. P.S. I would recommend this chalet for visitors with a car, as the ski resorts are about a 20-minute drive away.

Departure for a road trip in Switzerland, the accommodation was ideally located to visit the surroundings of Lake Geneva. The accommodation is clean, pleasant and very secure. We are traveling with our 15-month-old baby and we did not feel cramped at all. On the contrary, we enjoyed coming back after our days of walking to spend a good night! I recommend it without hesitation 👍🏼🤩

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very pleasant city, just a stone's throw from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

Great base for a few nights in Lausanne. Small but neat studio with comfortable bed and everything I needed. The best thing is its very central location - incredibly convenient and 2 minutes from the metro station. Valerie was also very responsive and helpful. It’s worth knowing that you can’t drive directly to the studio - it’s on a pedestrian street. So that means a short walk over cobblestones from the nearest Uber drop-off point or metro. Also the studio is down a flight of stairs (no lift). This was not a problem for me but might affect anyone with mobility problems or heavy luggage.

This is a lovely place to stay and your host is absolutely excellent. We will return and there is no higher recommendation !

I needed an apartment to accommodate my parents and brother visiting Lausanne, and by chance I came across Madame Valeh's... What can I say? Magnificent! Already in the photos, I understood that the apartment was bright and clean (my mother spent the day wondering if the light was natural or if it was on!). The location is ideal: the LEB stop is a 6-minute walk, and with public transport, you are 5 minutes from the city center! Private and autonomous entrance thanks to a secure key box, and private parking space in the building's garage. It was exactly what I needed to welcome my parents! Two words about the host: Valeh has always been available and responsive, from my very first message on the site. I also pass on all my mother's compliments for the cleanliness and beauty of the apartment. See you next time, Valeh, and thank you again - this time, from me!

good place for a big family, close to lake and park

A perfect stay, in an extremely welcoming and very clean accommodation. Sara is very responsive, very pleasant and attentive. I can only recommend it without a second thought. It was perfect! A huge thank you again for everything!

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Our stay was a real enchanted break! You can't get tired of the view of the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we had the chance to use in the middle of the sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding.. the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return if we have a chance!

We liked the place and enjoyed the beautiful walks through the vineyards starting right behind the house. You can walk to Chaplin's Place in 25 minutes. The cable car station is also close by. From the top station you can do beautyful long walks. The place was very clean and well equipped. There was always a parking spot within a few hundred yards. The bedroom on second floor (steep stairs) offered nice lake views. The neighborhood is very quite with no through traffic. We would certainly come back again. Thanks Micha.

Hélène and her husband are charming people and give good advice. Their apartment is large, clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We had a lovely stay in the Jura.

Great place, just as described. The washer/dryer was broken upon arrival but they made an option for us to do our laundry elsewhere in the building as well as giving us a discounted rate on the nightly rate. The apartment was nice and quiet. Christine was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Thierry was very responsive and friendly. We travelled with our two daughters (5 and 8) and this was their favorite place on the whole trip. We cooked every evening and just enjoyed the peace and quiet!

This was our second time staying with Elisabeth. The location in the center, with its own parking in front of the accommodation is simply great. We again liked the lovingly, cleanly furnished studio very much. We would be very happy to come back.
