Amazing stay, you must try Richard’s food, so very good. We had such a great time we have booked to go again next year.

Small, quiet cottage in a large, well-maintained property. We were remarkably welcomed with nice touches. The pool is very nice, a perfect place to relax.

An extremely pleasant extended weekend in a place full of charm. Julie is cheerful, attentive and considerate. I've rarely seen such a hearty breakfast in other cottages. Likewise, we also tested the proposed meal: excellent value for money. Finally, the jacuzzi session in the troglodyte cellar ended up charming us. I highly recommend this listing.

We had a great time at Frédéric's place. The house is super cute and perfectly equipped. In addition, the garden is very pleasant and the jacuzzi allows you to fully enjoy a moment of relaxation. The house is located in a very nice village with a very nice hike to do. Frédéric was very welcoming and responsive by message. I would highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped in a building that has a lot of charm and all in a very quiet environment. We were hosted very well and the instructions on how to use the various equipment were very clear. Special mention for the jacuzzi which is always nice. We would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. So tastefully decorated and everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view is lovely, across a small valley and we enjoyed walking along a trail straight from the door. Martine was very welcoming. There is also a small boutique, so we stocked up on local honey. Definitely recommend staying here. Just lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rose's place in Villefagnan, for many reasons. Yvette greeted us, showed us how to use everything, and answered all my questions and requests for help. Rose's home is very comfortable. Top quality beds, pillows and linens, empty dressers so we didn't have to live out of a suitcase, a fully equipped kitchen, the list goes on. The beautiful backyard, with grass, flowers and cherry trees was our favorite place to spend a sunny afternoon. And the village of Villefagnan is wonderful, too. The town square is 2 houses away, and the patisserie is just across the square, so we had fresh croissants every morning. Two restaurants, a bouchère, a corner market, Tobac, and a pharmacy make up the rest of the village, everything you need. There are bike roads in every direction, so our dogs enjoyed long walks every day. The locals are friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back.

Amanda and Robin were great hosts and the gite was gorgeous. We loved the quiet surroundings and a quick drive to a couple of great restaurants. Our 2 little dogs were made very welcome and enjoyed the secure garden. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Lovely stay, especially being invited to the tango evening. A very nice cottage with the great owners Lydie and Samuel The cottage is quietly located in a beautiful area. Everything you need is present in the cottage. There is a large garden around with a swimming pool and a nice pergola to eat under. Lots of children's toys. There was even coffee, tea, sugar, etc. present. In the fridge were eggs from their own chickens and homemade jam! Lydie and Samuel have thought of everything. They remain modest in the background but are ready to help if necessary. Restaurants and shops are close by. Had a great week with the three of us. Thank you Lydie and Samuel!!

We have been back from our fantastic stay at Brian’s place for a week now, and, it has taken me that long to come up with a review that does justice to the quality of our experience. Brian and Tracey were perfect hosts. Every aspect of our stay had clearly been very carefully considered. A welcome bottle of wine, a bowl of tasty cherries freshly picked from their trees went a long way to making us feel so comfortable and at home. From the well-equipped kitchen, luxurious linens, plentiful comfy seating everywhere, SPECTACULAR views from the pool/terrace area, down to the small details such as the many, well-appointed electrical points and lighting. It is really hard to describe all the wonderful aspects of La Belle Valée Vue, the hosting, accommodation and beautiful location, so all I can suggest is that you go and see for yourselves – you will not be disappointed! And needless to say we hope to return ‘home’ soon. *this is about half of what I had originally put in my review draft!*🤦

Very good. Met our expectations, amply enough for what we were doing this weekend, i.e. just sleeping there the area is very charming, quiet, peaceful, in the middle of nature, but no amenities or shops nearby so car essential to get around once there. large garden with children's games, bicycles available. in short, a haven of peace to rest and recharge. Interior is good, sufficient equipment, good bedding, clean. super welcoming and super friendly host, gives lots of little tips and is a good wine seller lol. I recommend it for isolating and disconnecting

Great welcome by Martine, very responsive and flexible for the arrival and installation of our hosts. Superb accommodation, very well located for nature lovers who want to hike in the country of Moulière but also enjoy tourist activities in Vienna. (Futuroscope, Montoiron, Poitiers, Land of Dragons, Dienne estate...)

A nice quiet place to enjoy. Nice swimming pool, great seating in the shade and a huge garden for some small activities. There is not much to do in the village itself, but Virginia does give advice. We went to Angouleme. Furthermore, especially in the place, enjoy the swimming pool, the garden and the relaxed location. The accommodation is nice and spacious and equipped with every comfort, and the dogs on the property are sweet and quiet.

What a wonderful find. Truly a great place to stay. The decor was just our style and even got to learn a tune on the piano. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions promptly. The kitchen was truly fabulous and even got to bake a fig tart from the produce in the garden. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.
