Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Village in the heart of Morvan, about 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon and in the middle of 3 beautiful Morvan lakes. A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en fijne zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

Accès difficile pour personnes âgées car pentu. 15mn en voiture du lac de Pannecière et 30mn du lac des Settons. Sentiers de randonnée et VTT au bout du jardin (Gr13, Tour du Morvan...). Toutes commodités à 10 mn en voiture (Château -Chinon). 30mn en voiture du Haut-Folin (25 pistes ski de fond) et du Mont-Beuvray.

We enjoyed our time in this lovely house. Joke is an incredibly friendly host and she also makes fantastically beautiful paintings. The place was super quiet and quiet and offered the space to clear your head completely. The lake was beautiful with plenty of "private beaches" and things to explore. Thanks for the great time!

We had a pleasant stay. The cottage is functional. We loved enjoying the sunsets on the deck. Marie Laure is a considerate host who has a sense of hospitality. A big thank you! There are lots of nice hikes to do nearby. We were able to experience the accropierre at the Grotte de Champ Retard (Coutarnoux). 3h30 fun for a derisory price. In addition, we eat well, at more than affordable prices (everything is homemade). We really enjoyed the Saut de Gouloux (waterfall) and our equestrian hike with Maëlle in Gacôgne (Les Gambades). Finally, we divinely ate at the restaurant Le Morvan in Quarre les Tombes, close to the castle of Chastellux sur Cure (very interesting guided tour). Also, the Odessa l 'Ecole restaurant (Lormes) does not pay a price but offers dishes with original and delicious associations, cooked with fresh produce.

If you come for peace and beautiful nature, you are in your place here. In April there were only 3 houses inhabited throughout the village. After 10pm you can admire the beautiful starry sky. There is no WiFi, but there is a wood stove. The decor is vintage and functional, there is everything. We have enjoyed it!

we spent 2 nights in this beautiful house very well done and with great taste . a very nice welcome a peaceful environment, a magnificent view. a place not to be missed , and if I have to go back to this area , in hesitation I will choose this house . little plus chickens and rabbit in the wild and holding us company from time to time .

We had an amazing weekend, gone with friends by motorbike for a tour of Morvan. The accommodation is beautiful surrounded by greenery, very quiet it is really relaxing. Magali and Alex are very nice and responsive. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed 🙂
