What a beautiful and relaxing place to go. A true hikers treehouse to escape to and unwind.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed for the week with our five kids (6,4,3, & 1 year old twins) and had an amazing family vacation. The space worked perfectly for our needs as a large family with small kids and the beach area was especially perfect for toddler playtime. The waterfall across the way was stunning and we loved boating around, fishing, swimming, fires by the lake, and rainy evenings in the hot tub. Such an amazing place for families!

We had the best weekend at the cottage. Easy, quick drive to downtown highlands. Some highlights - The pizza oven was great for making pizzas, grill was fantastic for grilling steaks, fire pit for s’mores and the Hot tub was used several times. The kids loved the bunk room. The house was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. We hope to be back soon!

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful treehouse! It was peaceful, serene, and immaculately clean. The space is stylish and chic, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and elevated. You can truly feel the care that went into creating such a special retreat. There were a couple of very small hiccups, but Kaye was incredibly responsive and kind—quick to help and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature!

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. The host was very kind and communicated quickly and clearly throughout the process, which we really appreciated. The house was clean and comfortable. While we did experience an issue with no service during our stay, the host was very understanding and promptly credited us, which showed great customer service. Nick is an absolutely wonderful host, and the house is just beyond incredible. The view is AMAZING, and you can see the attention to detail all over the home as well. The smore kit and fire starters were so thoughtful too! Thank you Nick for an incredible stay and a wonderful menory 🙏 I will most definitely be back. The sunset is a must see as well from the deck!!!!

We loved our stay. It was a quick trip so we needed something the right size for a family of 5. Caitlins place was perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The landscaping is beautiful. The location is so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the surroundings. The apartment itself was so quaint and cozy. We felt right at home. The homemade banana bread went great with our coffee in the morning. This has easily became one of our favorite airbnbs that we have ever stayed at.

Location, location, location! Everything is within walking distance. We loved leaving our car and just walking out the door. It's right above a restaurant so the parking lot does get crowded, but you do have a designated parking spot. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the tubers in the river. At night all the buildings are lit up and the view is great. The rental itself was perfect for what we needed. The listing doesn't mention it, but it does have a hairdryer and washer/dryer inside. Huge comfy bed. Overall a great stay!

Don was so helpful and kind. He and Renie truly go more than above and beyond! The apartment was lovely with an incredible view. It was extremely clean and well stocked. It felt private and peaceful the entire time. The hot tub was very relaxing, and loved the spacious shower as well. The beds were so comfortable. We appreciated our parting gift and assistance with our luggage. We cannot wait until next time!

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and get away from everything but close to Asheville and other areas I wanted to visit. Very well put together and thought out. I enjoyed the swing on the back porch in the mornings. The spa like bathroom is also very relaxing. For this trip, I was on my own and appreciated that there was a secluded feeling but the owners were above and available if needed. Everything I needed for a peaceful get away was provided. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a very nice couple of days at William and Lori's place in Seneca. It was cozy and nice to have a place to come home to each day after our outings of touring waterfalls in the NW part of SC. Conveniently located to everything we needed including restaurants, the parks that we visited and grocery stores, etc.

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

This is at least my 3rd time visiting David's place. Amazingly peaceful, comfortable, restful spot. I knew I would get the peace I needed. You would never know they are upstairs, unless you wanted to chat. This is a mountainside gem.

I really enjoyed my stay, it felt very homey. The bed is comfy, the area is peaceful and quiet. Owners are communicative. It was my first time, I would stay here again as I love visiting the Tallulah Gorge area. The cell signal is very good once arriving, there is no service on the short drive from town up the mountain.

Really enjoyed the place. Elizabeth provided a great experience responded quick and gave recommendations. We feel right at home and the hot tub was a huge bonus!!! Thank you so much for a great time

Good location, clean, cute, everything we needed

It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Keith was super helpful and available to help with anything needed. The space was so cute and at night you can see all the stars since it’s at the top of the mountain which was beautiful. Also very quiet and easy to get to town or any attractions.

Gabriel’s place was exactly as listed. Gabriel and co-hosts responded within minutes and gave clear instructions to everything needed to ensure a smooth stay. The distance is very reasonable and can be done multiple times a day. Would recommend!

My boyfriend and I love this cute studio! We would definitely come back and book again ☺️ the area was nice and peaceful and close to a lot of place! I definitely recommend it and the mattress is SUPER comfortable.

I'll definitely return to The Beehive, the location is amazing! It was within walking distance to parking, The Peace Center, restaurants of all types, shopping and even Falls Park!

Matt was super responsive and we loved the place! He provided snacks and some refreshments and it really did feel like home.
