Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Chatsworth, Los Angeles

Very nice little place with a lovely outdoor space and fountain for relaxing. Very private and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on. Place is like new.

We had an excellent stay. House was very nice and the pool was perfect for our needs. Greg was responsive to all of our questions and everything was seamless. We would definitely consider staying again when we are in the area. Thank you!

This home was private, peaceful, and cozy. Beautiful home. It was easy to get to all the stores, Ventura Blvd, and Westfield Topanga Mall. Very pleasant and safe neighborhood. The host was wonderful as well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to LA. I loved the stay.

Last minute trip and was fortunate that this property was available. Quiet neighborhood, sidewalks everywhere so could walk/run for miles safely or walk over to Starbucks, etc. Easy to get around the area. House was very clean - floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked although we did not cook - but did use the toaster and electric tea kettle. We all enjoyed the backyard - the table & chairs, covered seating area and back corner. Living room furniture was comfortable. Worked well for our 4 day stay! Highly recommend.

Gary's home may be one of the nicest AirBnB's I've stayed at, and he certainly had the best instructions/directions of any place I've been. The pool/spa are rather complicated to set up, but with his clear labeling and step-by-step folder, it was a cinch. It must be the most beautifully designed private pool I've ever seen; my kids and Mom had such a wonderful time that aside from the obligations that brought us in town, they didn't want to leave the AirBnB at all. There's a beautiful lemon tree in the back, complete with picker, and my son was thrilled to pick lemons and we made our own lemonade to drink while swimming. The home is beautifully decorated and feels so comfortable. My Mom is on the picky side and she didn't have a word of criticism. I don't recall how the price compared to other places in the area, but I don't regret the money I spent one bit. It was a lovely break and oasis.

Great place to stay if your going to six flags, place was super clean, would recommend this place to other people. Austin was great help as well answered questions pretty quickly.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and exactly as pictured and described. The landscaping was beautiful, and the home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing visit. What really made this stay special was the personal touch: the hosts went above and beyond by decorating for my nephew’s high school graduation, which meant so much to us. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. I will absolutely be staying here again!

This place is great. Excellent for entertaining a large group. And the hosts, specifically Maylen, was about as hospitable as they come. She was very responsive to every question I had, even very late into the night. Truly felt like I was her #1 priority during my entire stay. Even sent some nice gifts for my wife, since I said this trip was for her birthday. Top notch customer service and I would recommend this place to anybody.

I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

The LV House was wonderful to stay in! It was exactly as described, and was a beautiful and modern place to stay. Cassy made each step of the way easy and checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed. The area was also very close to a lot of fun activities and site seeing.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

Finding a rental in this area of Los Angeles is very rare. It’s near where my daughter and her family live so we could walk there every day without having to hire an Uber or Lyft. Plus the area is quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Jesus’s home was very clean and updated with beautiful modern farm house touches! So much thoughtfulness went into their welcome basket, to baking supplies, fully stocked coffee bar, variety of fun complimentary snack cupboard, and lavender soaking tub supplies! Property was very private and quiet with lots of outdoor seating along with a big Santa Maria charcoal grill. Definitely would recommend 100%

What a cool place! Kagel Canyon is so close, yet feels world's away from the frantic pace of LA. The house is great - and you quickly get used to the canyon's winding roads to a parking spot right at the gate to the property. Host Vic is very responsive - when we had one issue the first evening, he was there in less than 10 minutes to correct it. He and his co-host are dedicated to making improvements to create a perfect guest experience - even brought over a new table & chairs for the patio while we were there. Kagel Canyon may be further away from downtown LA & Hollywood, but has a similar vibe to Laurel and Topanga canyons, legendary hangouts of the late 60's. Quirky and interesting homes amongst the giant trees - fun to stroll the streets even if there's alot of up and down hiking. Especially enjoyed hiking up the trail from nearby Veranda Dr. - 360° views down into the canyon and into the mountains. Very quickly felt at home - a perfect respite from a very busy city. 5 stars!

It was perfect, better than perfect: Top of line new Airstream ✅ Best sauna you’ll ever sit in ✅ Best hot tub ✅ Wood burning fire pit with proper seating ✅ Best Landscaping and well curated outside lighting ✅ coolest outdoor shower you’ll actually enjoy using ✅ every amenity (robes, slippers, easy to use coffee machine, audio, most comfortable patio seating ever, towels, blankets, huge fridge). It was magical. The host is soooooo responsive. We’re big coffee drinkers and we used all the instant cups for the maker so I mentioned it. We noticed a platter full of the coffee maker things (I don’t know what they’re called) placed by the front. It was like the coffee fairy payed us a visit. They asked if we needed anything after we checked in and before checking out. The bed was super comfy. I can go on.
